Are you confident for next season?

I'm really not sure.

Next season? I think we will sort it. It's just such a joke that we've spent all this money and I've reached the point where even if we miraculously turn it around today, I won't be enthusiastic purely because we'll go and cock it up later on. Part of me wants to go on a losing run just to kill all the slightest hopes, it's been two fvcking years of it.

It's not delusion it's belief! We all know that promotion is slim this season, but there is still a chance! At the beginning of the season you must have been mad to predict anywhere outside the playoffs for Leicester!

But the fact of the matter is, his prediction is closer to reality than anyone elses, and he gets slated for that? lol

Purely because I'm actually quite interested to hear my continual pro liverpool views all over these boards...

Ahhh but your replies we're made before that was posted so now your lying aswell.

That's what I thought at the time but when they have been proved right what's your point?

Oh, everyone saying how the atmosphere's completely terrible. I'm like, seriously, so shocked. Money saved.

I'm really not confident right now. We are so inconsistent and losing games we really shouldn't.

We've got to be so much better (15 points or so) at this stage next season because we're going to be left behind again.

The owners are just as much to blame as the managers (almost)! They've flashed their money around raising hopes, trying to buy promotion and that is not how it works, it may have worked with QPR but it's not working for them now! If they sack Pearson at the end of the season then they aren't doing their job properly and they prove they don't know much about football! The championship is such a close league at the beginning of the season it's so hard to predict who will do well and who won't! We need a manager that we can rely on and that won't leave us for another club, and in return we need to owners to keep the faith in Pearson and just for once try and keep a manager for over a year! Changing a manager mid-season is almost always detrimental!

I dont mean to come across as crass but Can you blame them for "getting our hopes up"? lol would you rather they came out at the start of the season and said "Right chaps nothing guaranteed this season the squad is mediocre and we might not win many games this season" How many home tickets would that sell? How many shirts? how much merchandise? It's just ridiculous they got our hopes up? i think we are all guilty of getting carried away and not to mention They were hopeful themselves! They thought they had given Sven the tools to challenge promotion. Money to buy players, one of the best playing surfaces in our league, new training facilities and new coaches for away trips? "IF" We would of Kept Pearson and not have gone through the Paulo and Sven mess we would of had a much better season. On paper we look promising but is it the "Owners" Fault Matt Mills is a joke? that we have had some torrid refereeing displays? And that Wellens has only just started this season now? No it's not their fault.

I first replied to your post which said i was spouting pro liverpool views all over here. And 4 replies later you still haven't given me any examples? I assume you just said that for no real reason other than the fact that you're basically a bellend.

Lib and Corky management dream team.

We'll get the bastards nice and sensibly balanced with our controversial techniques.

And we'll get a nice compensation package when we're sacked.

I'm in

Weare all so surprised to be where we are now, we expected to be in the playoffs, if you predicted at the beginning of the season anything other than the playoffs then you must have no faith in Sven or Leicester at all. When we make predictions they will always be influenced by hope! Even being realistic we were expected to reach playoffs at the beginning of the season. What kind of fan would predict worse than any of the pundits?

This season my confidence is gone until we reach touching distance of the play-offs, simple as that.

Next year, I have faith though that Pearson is the man long-term. No-one could expect him to sort out this shambles of a squad in January alone.

In the summer, I think he'll do it.

So why do you need to make the same point over and over and over again? Do you think we are all so stupid that you have to repeat yourself on a daily basis?

You don't rate Beckford, he doesn't hold the ball up well, his first touch and control is poor, he doesn't score enough goals.....

WE GET IT COL.

You might get it mate... Look at the other threads today suggesting that Beckford was gonna a hat trick!.. In fact look at this one when many people were suggesting he was gonna score a brace?

Who's 'we'? Cos as far as I can see the delusion continues amongst the masses.

Tell you what... How about you suggest how this team is gonna get better? Rather than relying upon mere sarcasm?

I rarely hear your opinions... Just piss taking

The Thai's are as much to blame? What, by backing the man they employed and entrusting him with their money? I don't think so. They acted precisely how they should quite frankly.

Also, look at the money spent by QPR, it was nowhere near the amount we've spent, Warnock, although a t*at, will never pay over the odds. Unlike Sven....

Oh, everyone saying how the atmosphere's completely terrible. I'm like, seriously, so shocked. Money saved.

The atmosphere there is always absolutely terrible. I think the madejski is the most soulless ground I've ever been to. Been twice on foxtravel or whatever and just been dumped there about 2 hours before kick off, there is no pubs within miles since its in the middle of nowhere, but you can go in the ground and drink £4 a bottle fosters or whatever then be shepherded to your seat where you have to sit quietly.

Reading don't seem to even have a noisy minority. Its just file in, sit quietly, clap now and then, file out.

One of the worst away days - I won't go there again (and I was offered a free ticket today, courtesy of a friend who works for Waitrose - for those that don't know, they give away a LOT of tickets)

Well I've got a can of kronenbourg and I'm about to eat a MOUNTAIN of potato wedges with hot sauce.

I reckon I'm winning.

I wish I had a Kronie right now.
