I've observed he's been highly rated by a number of top managers, who know more about the game than we do and haven't forgotten how impressive he was at Reading and, at times this season, for us.

But a lot of folk on here choose to believe that our managers are always right, even when they're not.

Still waiting to see one Reading fan say something good about him... and he was hardly the reason they're up near the top... they're better & higher than ever now.

No I won't give a guy a break.

I don't like him, ever since we lost to Millwall at home after seeing his awful attitude on the pitch I have lost faith in him.

I don't like his attitude, and I don't like the way he plays football.

Couldn't care a less what's gone on, if he did nothing wrong and was on Pearson's good books, I still wouldn't want him in the team.

He is overrated and shit, St Ledger, Bamba and Morgan are 10 times better than he is.

Are you for real??? Mills didn't even play against Millwall, he was suspended. If you remember, it was SSL who was dominated by Henderson.

if you a 'not so rich club' at the time, wouldn't you take 5 MILLION for a player?

Pearson's not going to drop someone for no ****ing reason, think about it ffs.

Pearson's always given players a chance, he's not got a history of pissing players off or alienating squads, he knows what he's doing.

To drop someone without so much as a word or hint about what happened suggests something major kicked off to me, the only reason he's keeping quiet is because it might effect his chances of selling the **** in the summer. Mills probably squared up to him or something silly like that and Pearson's not the sort to forgive and forget.

Max Gradel.

I just checked the match report from the Millwall game. You are correct Sir, Mills didn't play that game. Funny that someone can dislike him for putting in a bad performance in a game he didn't even feature in.

this is no good to them if they get in the premiership they need all the good they have got

Was a kid with a piss poor attitude, he dropped to lg1 & Leeds hardly played him for a while... what's your point?

arguably DJ Campbell too

F-l-o-p for many reasons unfortunately

Chinese whispers...group of gossipy women...unbelievable

Someone tell me one fact they know to have happened since he was dropped after a poor performance at Watford.

Pearson heavily backed Mills when dropping SSL - He would play him if there wasn't some reason we don't know about stopping him.

That he was the brightest player in our side and got dropped (originally I think for injury) and then not reinstated into the side or subs bench when we clearly needed some creativity that he could have provided. Pearson clearly had something against him as a person not as a player. Unsurprisingly he then went on to do well at his next club.

Why do you blindly defend NP as if it's not possible that he can make a mistake? He's human, get used to it, Mrs Pearson.

DJ Campbell.. loaned to Derby and sold to Blackpool. Got 13odd Premiership goals last season and moved onto QPR. Another Pearson mistake

That Pearson was clearly uncomfortable talking about him in the pre and post match interviews for the next game and then snapped at stringer and said something along the lines of "we'll see what happens to him".

Generally when people have a fall out they don't come out and say "I have fallen out with X, he did Y and this is what will happen next"

You have to read between the lines with their language, and what Pearson doesn't say often is the clue to what he means. Trying to guess that doesn't make someone a "gossipy woman" it's a forum ... it's where people do exactly that .... talk about what they think. this may involve some conjecture because I doubt any of us actually sit in the changing room and shadow NP all day - so we'll be guessing to some extent. Don\'t follow your problem with that.

Agree doesn't take a genius to work this one out, come on people smell the coffee

Pearson is trying to build a team, that takes players with the right attitude, not just ability.

I agree ... and to some extent i agree it's the right thing to do. So why pretend otherwise.

It's obvious that in a leadership position, in an industry where you are asking someone to put their body on the line for you, you need to have their utmost commitment .... Pearson and Mills just don't get on .... that's clear. It's also all there is to it ... Mills will never win so just has to move on. Shame as I quite rate him.

NP makes mistakes granted he isn't perfect and something must have seriously pissed him off with Mills, rumors say NP head butted Mills or vise versa, come on if he swore in front of him I don't think it would warrant this punishment it is much more serious imo and we will probably never know the full truth.

DJ Campbell was utter utter shite for us, anyone who saw him play knows how uninterested he was everytime he put on the shirt. Once his boyfriend Martin Allen left he sulked and whined until he ****ed off. And thank **** he did.

Of course he is, like MON he wants a squad with a work ethic and togetherness built with a nucleus of young and hungry players. Not a squad of ego driven players who lack any desire or effort.

We made them an offer they couldn't refuse. If he hadn't joined us there were at least 2 Premier clubs enquiring about him.

In the end the lure of playing for his hometown club (he's the ONLY Leicester-born player in the current squad) was too strong, though a very generous long-term contract didn't do any harm either.

The problem is that people believe the rumours, the line up to boast about how they've always hated this months panto villain.

Followed by abusing other posters who 'rim' said villain.

NFP now has the mantle of shining white knight.
