wbrown Posted 3 April 2012 Posted 3 April 2012 If we beat Doncaster on saturday I wonder around a half of the people on this forum if results go our way will say playoffs is still on. The playoffs is still there on paper we should be winning 5 of the last 6 games and it is not out of our reach, pearson seems to have gave them a right bollocking after saturday and has said this week " we owe the fans " i wouldnt be surprised to see us win the next 3 games. Still we need as many to turn up on saturday and get behind the lads weirder things have happened its the CHAMPIONSHIP
wbrown Posted 3 April 2012 Author Posted 3 April 2012 Deluded people ? Or just clearly have faith in there club get behind the team when its going good or bad not just turn up cause were winning every game
Corky Posted 3 April 2012 Posted 3 April 2012 Deluded people ? Or just clearly have faith in there club get behind the team when its going good or bad not just turn up cause were winning every game If we only went because we won every game we'd have given up decades ago.
Matt Posted 3 April 2012 Posted 3 April 2012 Deluded people ? Or just clearly have faith in there club get behind the team when its going good or bad not just turn up cause were winning every game I still turn up, it's hard but do still go...do I have faith in them? Not from what i've seen this season.
HEGGSY Posted 3 April 2012 Posted 3 April 2012 Deluded people ? Or just clearly have faith in there club get behind the team when its going good or bad not just turn up cause were winning every game Even the most optimistic fan would say it's most definitely over now.
StanSP Posted 3 April 2012 Posted 3 April 2012 I see myself as an optimist and even I think this season has run its cause. Not because I don't have faith in the club to do well, but because it's just too much of an ask given our inconsistencies. We just have to see ourselves through this season. Take the pressure off the players, let them play without getting on their backs and without any pressure to perform. Let Pearson work his magic (I hope!) in the summer and build for next season.
LCFC_FAN_1995 Posted 3 April 2012 Posted 3 April 2012 IF WE BEAT DONCASTER THEN I BELIEVE THAT WE WON'T GET IN THE PLAY OFFS
wbrown Posted 3 April 2012 Author Posted 3 April 2012 I agree with what you are saying but the next 2 surely shud be winning and winning them both really if results go on average for us could put us 4 points of with 4 games left
Guest Bilo Posted 3 April 2012 Posted 3 April 2012 OMG IF WE BEAT DONCASTER WE'LL, WE'LL, WE'LL........ GET THREE POINTS.
Matt Posted 3 April 2012 Posted 3 April 2012 I agree with what you are saying but the next 2 surely shud be winning and winning them both really if results go on average for us could put us 4 points of with 4 games left Should we? Only if our players turn up and decide they fancy a game. How many games 'should' we have won this season? How many times 'should' we have got back to back wins? And how many times have we done those things?
ScouseFox Posted 3 April 2012 Posted 3 April 2012 I agree with what you are saying but the next 2 surely shud be winning and winning them both really if results go on average for us could put us 4 points of with 4 games left We should, on paper have won lots of times this season. We haven't.
LCFC_FAN_1995 Posted 3 April 2012 Posted 3 April 2012 Doncaster are bottom table which means we will be lucky to get a draw..
wbrown Posted 3 April 2012 Author Posted 3 April 2012 Yes I get were you are coming from im just saying pearson knows his job is on the line and he has gave the players a bollocking, will be good to see saturday night how many of you are ranting are play offs still on ?
Daggers Posted 3 April 2012 Posted 3 April 2012 Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhh!
Guest Bilo Posted 3 April 2012 Posted 3 April 2012 Next person who says we can make the play-offs will get a steaming turd sent to them in the post.
AoWW Posted 3 April 2012 Posted 3 April 2012 Are we fully-prepared for the rioting in the family stand if we win?
The Doctor Posted 3 April 2012 Posted 3 April 2012 Next person who says we can make the play-offs will get a steaming turd sent to them in the post. What if I were to say it would still be possible to make the play-offs, but it would take a monumental effort and, barring a miracle, won't happen?
I am Rod Hull Posted 3 April 2012 Posted 3 April 2012 Next person who says we can make the play-offs will get a steaming turd sent to them in the post. 1st class?
Dan Posted 3 April 2012 Posted 3 April 2012 I still turn up and there's absolutely no chance that we'll go up this season, anyone who seriously thinks it is a clown unfortunately. I won't lie, our only chance has been blind optimism for weeks, there's no serious reason we can, we're not promotion material, so far from it unfortunately.
