If we beat Doncaster on saturday I wonder around a half of the people on this forum if results go our way will say playoffs is still on. The playoffs is still there on paper we should be winning 5 of the last 6 games and it is not out of our reach, pearson seems to have gave them a right bollocking after saturday and has said this week " we owe the fans " i wouldnt be surprised to see us win the next 3 games. Still we need as many to turn up on saturday and get behind the lads weirder things have happened its the CHAMPIONSHIP

If we only went because we won every game we'd have given up decades ago.

I still turn up, it's hard but do still go...do I have faith in them? Not from what i've seen this season.

Even the most optimistic fan would say it's most definitely over now.

I see myself as an optimist and even I think this season has run its cause. Not because I don't have faith in the club to do well, but because it's just too much of an ask given our inconsistencies.

We just have to see ourselves through this season. Take the pressure off the players, let them play without getting on their backs and without any pressure to perform. Let Pearson work his magic (I hope!) in the summer and build for next season.

I agree with what you are saying but the next 2 surely shud be winning and winning them both really if results go on average for us could put us 4 points of with 4 games left

Should we?

Only if our players turn up and decide they fancy a game.

How many games 'should' we have won this season? How many times 'should' we have got back to back wins? And how many times have we done those things?

We should, on paper have won lots of times this season. We haven't.

Next person who says we can make the play-offs will get a steaming turd sent to them in the post.

Are we fully-prepared for the rioting in the family stand if we win?:whistle:

What if I were to say it would still be possible to make the play-offs, but it would take a monumental effort and, barring a miracle, won't happen?

I still turn up and there's absolutely no chance that we'll go up this season, anyone who seriously thinks it is a clown unfortunately.

I won't lie, our only chance has been blind optimism for weeks, there's no serious reason we can, we're not promotion material, so far from it unfortunately.
