Charl91 Posted 4 April 2012 Posted 4 April 2012 IF WE BEAT DONCASTER, THEN.... .....WE WILL HAVE BEATEN DONCASTER
Out Foxed Posted 4 April 2012 Posted 4 April 2012 all donny have to do is watch our last two games to realise what they have to do to frustrate us.
dannythefox Posted 4 April 2012 Posted 4 April 2012 I don't expect to win we never perform against the bottom teams so there's not much point in talking about it!
purpleronnie Posted 4 April 2012 Posted 4 April 2012 As long as the doncaster fans feel welcome in our neutal stadium then that's all I care about. The result is meaningless.
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 4 April 2012 Posted 4 April 2012 We can't drop any points against them, no matter who is manager.
Foxhateram Posted 5 April 2012 Posted 5 April 2012 To be fair most on here have been shooting down play offs for weeks. A win sat makes no difference, two on the bounce still makes no difference, a hat trick of wins would still leave us a few points away. I'm optimistic for next season, I will still believe until its mathematically impossible this season, but if you still believe so much. Why the deck aren't you posting this in the optimistic bus thread! We need some more supporters.
Captain... Posted 5 April 2012 Posted 5 April 2012 all donny have to do is watch our last two games to realise what they have to do to frustrate us. Hopefully we won't play the same formation, and have more than one fit midfielder, so we won't be as easy to counteract. To be fair most on here have been shooting down play offs for weeks. This, optimism is not about believing the impossible, it is still possible to finish in the play offs, but we will have to do a lot more than beat Doncaster, but it is about looking at the positives, we have the core of a good squad that has beaten the best in this league, we only need a few changes and a pre-season to sort it all out and we will be fine next season, also the pressure of expectation from the media and fans will be off after this season's inconsistency and probable poor finishing position. To be honest the worst thing that could happen to this team right now is fluking promotion, because we are not ready and we would need to buy 7-8 new players to compete in the PL. Another season for the likes of Marshall, Drinkwater, SLL, Morgan, King, Nugent and Kasper all playing together in the Pearson way + a couple of new additions will foster the team spirit and understanding that we need to go up and stay up in the way that Norwich and Swansea look like doing.
AyewJoking Posted 5 April 2012 Posted 5 April 2012 Donny need the points and everyone knows Leicester are a soft touch. They'll be right up for this one. Diouf will murder us.
HEGGSY Posted 5 April 2012 Posted 5 April 2012 If we fail to beat Donny, I fear the "Pearson Out" thread will erupt to near 100 pages, 99 of which will be filled with posts from DT.
