TEAM NEWS

Darius Henderson could return to the Millwall squad for the visit of Leicester after he missed two matches with a calf injury.

Liam Trotter remains a doubt with a thigh problem, while Therry Racon and Tamika Mkandawire are still out.

Leicester have Neil Danns available after a four-game ban, but he could be kept out with a groin injury.

Lee Peltier (hamstring) and Paul Gallagher (knee) are also doubtful with niggling injuries.

MATCH FACTS

Head-to-head

• Millwall have won a third of their league games against Leicester; 11 of 33. The Foxes have prevailed in 14, with eight drawn.

• The Lions trounced Leicester 3-0 at the King Power Stadium in October, courtesy of a Darius Henderson hat-track. Three points at the New Den would give Millwall only their second ever double over the Foxes.

• Leicester are chasing a third win in four league trips to Millwall.

Millwall

• Four places and eight points above the drop zone should be sufficient to land Millwall a third successive season in the Championship.

• They are hoping to complete three consecutive league wins for the second time this season, and are already on Championship's longest current sequence of clean sheets, having not conceded in three games.

• Kenny Jackett's side are 14 points down on this same stage last season, due in part perhaps to the fact that they have not been able to win any game in which the opposition has scored the opening goal.

Leicester City

• Leicester are three places and three points shy of a play-off place, and aiming to make it three wins in a row.

• Maximum points would make this their best sequence since five successive victories in February 2011 last season.

• The Foxes have scored two more goals in the first-half of Championship games than they have in the second-half. Only Barnsley have a similar return.

Trotter out is always good news

I think that, either way, we should be opening the cake box whatever the result; either to celebrate still being in with a play-off chance, or to console us in our grief.

I think a but a fruit cake would be best. What do you think??

With Peilter out it would have been easy just simply bring Panstil into the team, but for some reason Pearson doesn't like him. Sounds like St Ledger might replace Peilter.

Has anyone set up the Anderson shelter in case we lose tomorrow. The realists will attack us optimists something rotten, sending hiroshima like 'I told you so' bombs.

Please win city, foxestalk is bearable when we win.

Leicester City must turn Millwall's hostile home following against their own team this afternoon, defender Wes Morgan believes.

The New Den is renowned for its vociferous home support but the hostility that greets visiting teams can be used against them, said Morgan.

Millwall are in form after back-to-back wins eased their relegation fears but Morgan believes, if City start well this afternoon and get ahead, the home support will turn on their own players and make life considerably easier for City.

"It is always an intense place to go," said the big centre-back.

"The fans get right on top of you and they can be quite intimidating. If you are not careful, you could be a couple of goals down in a couple of minutes or so.

"We need to start well. We have confidence after the last couple of results and we need to take that into the game.

"We can make their fans work for us. If we start well and get an early goal or two, their fans could turn on them. Then it could be an easy game from that point on.

"It will be a tough game anyway. They aren't safe yet so they will be fighting for the points.

"It is harder against the sides fighting for their lives. We found that against Bristol.

"They might be at the bottom but it will be tough because they are scrapping for every ball."

If Millwall top scorer Darius Henderson, who scored a hat-trick against City earlier in the season, recovers from a calf strain Morgan could be the man to mark the big centre forward. It is a challenge he is relishing.

"I have played against him a few times," said Morgan.

"He is a big strong lad and has a physical presence. He is always a handful. Hopefully, I can keep him in my pocket.

"I don't mind who I face but I enjoy the physical battles with the strong guys. The little ones are easier to push around but they can get around you more.

"I enjoy the challenge so I will try my best to keep him quiet."

I think we are on a roll.. Millwall are crap.

But we need to take it to them and play our game.

Sit back and we will get the same result as we did at Peterborough.

The players know what is ahead of them no excuses they have to get a win.. anything less, and we can kiss goodbye to getting into the playoffs.

I'm pretty relaxed, we're still outsiders with (although I hate this phrase) nothing to lose, so I hope we give it a go like we managed to last weekend and see where we go.
