MikeyT Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Schmeichel, Peltier, Konchesky, Bamba, Dyer, Drinkwater, Wellens, Beckford, Marshall, Morgan, Nugent. Subs: Gallagher, Howard, King, St. Ledger, Schlupp
Ric Flair Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 So he admits he made a mistake starting Gallagher and King then? We really have few options in our squad.
foxesfan1989 Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Similar line-up to always. I wonder what happened at the Palace away game to make Pearson experiment with the side so much then never really again? Still...here's hoping we can win for some pride tonight!
kingfox Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 No St Ledger in the starting 11 again, shocking decision god knows why he was dropped in the first place, Pearson is a idiot. No Vassell either, forget Howard our most pointless player, rather have Hopper. Drinkwater back in aswell, so overrated, not good enough for us. Pearson is doing my nut, wrong decisions week in week out, a pointless match tonight, but I will use up my season ticket only two games left.
Milton Keynes Fox Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Bamba and morgan IS NOT WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Drinkwater is not "overrated"

Cropwellfox Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 This just shows how terribly limited Pearson obviously thinks our squad is. The fact there's so little opportunity for our younger players even now is a real worry .

Everyone is entitled to an opinion but you don't sound like a Leicester City fan to me.

Clearly not fit or not in Pearson's plans. What have you seen from Hopper to 'prefer' him? You'd prefer King alongside Wellens then? That went well last week.
Fox92 Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Same team as what played Ipswich and Doncaster. Should have played this on Saturday against Millwall. Glad Gallagher is out though, and King, both too lightweight.
Matt Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Feel abit guilty but i've not gone tonight, couldn't be bothered and had a headache, so we'll probably win although a win won't mean to much really, too little too late. Me not going has been coming for a few weeks though, for the last few weeks i've not had the excitment, anticipation, and not been too bothered about going, I needed to be dragged to the Doncaster game really. Shame, can't wait for this season to end though, not long now! I'd like to see alot more of the youth players involved though, even if it's on the bench looking to come on, but there isn't any even on the bench.
Adster Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Same team as what played Ipswich and Doncaster. Should have played this on Saturday against Millwall. Glad Gallagher is out though, and King, both too lightweight. There's a surprise
kingfox Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Wellens and Drinkwater don't work much better in all honesty. Drinkwater is pish, not good enough at all, gives away too many passes and only like to pass backwards and sideways, slows play down all the time. Howard is pointless, other people have said that not just myself, so god knows why you are having a go at me for that for, Vassell played in that friendly match and got through it, put him on the bench there is only three games left not thirteen, a far better option, and Hopper is a youth product and seeing youth come through is always good to see, instead of seeing a 34-35 year old striker in Howard coming on and giving away fouls.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 There's a surprise I dont know why he has this big dislike for Galagher, no one else does.
Fox92 Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 There's a surprise He isn't good enough! Peterborofox

Greg2607 Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 He can't really play the youngsters tonight though. Imagine if the teams above us slipped up and we failed to capitalise because we had "played the youngsters". The owners would see it as admitting defeat whilst it's still mathematically possible to reach the play offs. next two after this perhaps.......

True but even if we had nothing to play for playing the youngsters and adding more risk of losing is just giving the Pearson out camp more ammunition regardless.
kingfox Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 What other midfield option do we have then? We would of had Fernandes, Abe, Johnson, Moussa but Pearson decided to get rid of them all. Moussa has done well at Chesterfield, and has looked good for us, would of been a good option instead of sending him out on loan. Rather have Bamba in midfield than Drinkwater and put St Ledger centre back again.
Leicfox Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Thought he might have put a few youngsters in. Nothing to play for.
Rincewind Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 Forgot they were playing tonight. Saw someone in the chatroom. They are gone now. There is still an outside chance if results goes City's way. We will know after tonight. We are hoping for a lot of luck though andluck and Leicester City FC do not go together well. Let's just see them give everything for the last three games.
burni Posted 17 April 2012 Posted 17 April 2012 The team I predicted him to pick, not that it's much of an achievement! A must win game if we to achieve automatic promotion this season.

Captain Hindsight is all you seem to be.
