We need a really decent CM, a ball carrier, a winner, someone with pace, someone who can pick out a decent ball going forwards, not 3 yards sideways or backwards or some stupid dinked ball into the box ala Wellens.

Ball winning mid, target man and winger are the most important, think we could get by without changing the defence if we had a ball winning mid in there. Depends how much money and whose out there really. Was gonna do a bench but theres so many different choices and it depends who would be happy on the bench. For example don't think Beckford would like it and Waghorn and Schlupp are good squad players. Same with the mid. Also depends if we have 5 or 7 on the bench next year.

No, just for the fact he's right footed, never have a right footed defender on the left as they end up in a mess when tackling and constantly getting skinned. Granted if both first choice left backs are out then needs must, but not as primary back up, too risky.

Otherwise I think the likes of Dyer, Wellens, Drinkwater, St Ledger and Peltier are pretty decent squad players.
