Lamby Posted 18 August 2012 Posted 18 August 2012 Gutted Brummy did not deserve that, still, I would of taken a point at the start, can't win them all..and unbeaten in the league
Kitchandro Posted 19 August 2012 Posted 19 August 2012 Wow.. What a day! Got to say Derby's home fans are sh*te! TBF most of them don't even know which team is Derby, the poor sods bought a mobile phone contract and unwittingly got roped into watching them.

Fox92 Posted 19 August 2012 Posted 19 August 2012 Anyone else just see Kermorgants miss? Even closer this time and he still chipped it over. Really? Till Tuesday

Narborough_fox Posted 19 August 2012 Posted 19 August 2012 To be fair, Birmingham DO have a reputation -
Lamby Posted 19 August 2012 Posted 19 August 2012 I somehow managed to find the most expensive shop ever in Brummy..£1.49 for a 500ml bottle of Coke
Jaspa Posted 19 August 2012 Posted 19 August 2012 I somehow managed to find the most expensive shop ever in Brummy..£1.49 for a 500ml bottle of Coke Pah Ive had machines worse than that here !
Guest Bilo Posted 19 August 2012 Posted 19 August 2012 I somehow managed to find the most expensive shop ever in Brummy..£1.49 for a 500ml bottle of Coke They have to pay the staff danger money though.
marko Posted 19 August 2012 Posted 19 August 2012 They have to pay the staff danger money though. I've heard Compton modelled itself on 'The Big B'ham' Sorry Lamby, I'll stop now!
marko Posted 19 August 2012 Posted 19 August 2012 I see Matt Mills had a dream debut. errr, he didn't play a single minute pal; on the bench.
Corky Posted 19 August 2012 Posted 19 August 2012 errr, he didn't play a single minute pal; on the bench. Better than he's recently experienced
Uncle Phil Posted 19 August 2012 Posted 19 August 2012 errr, he didn't play a single minute pal; on the bench. I think that's what he was getting at mate.
BHAFC Braders Posted 20 August 2012 Posted 20 August 2012 Beaten by a sucker punch goal on the break , gutted!! and still no bloody striker
EcclesallOwl Posted 21 August 2012 Posted 21 August 2012 Played very well tonight! Hammered Birmingham and should have scored more
tartanowl Posted 22 August 2012 Posted 22 August 2012 I have to agree with my fellow owl. We should have been 4-0 up at half time and if that is the standard of the better teams in the league we are going to have a very good season. Birmingham were rubbish and 3-2 was nowhere near an accurate reflection on the game. They would have robbed us if they got anything out of that last night. Rodri looks the real deal and he is going to score a lot of goals this season if he stays fit.
Fox92 Posted 22 August 2012 Posted 22 August 2012 Is that Rodri the lad from Barcelona, did he score then? Although it makes me sick seeing you in second, I'll have to say well done on beating Birmingham, who might be 'up there'. Were they not any good?
tartanowl Posted 22 August 2012 Posted 22 August 2012 Is that Rodri the lad from Barcelona, did he score then? Although it makes me sick seeing you in second, I'll have to say well done on beating Birmingham, who might be 'up there'. Were they not any good? Rodri scored and looked a cut above this league. His movement and touches were excellent and if he stays fit he will score a lot of goals in the Championship. Birmingham were dreadful 3-2 really flattered them. You'll murder them if they play like that again. Their keeper Butland was terrible and jittery all night, their back four had a torrid time all night trying to cope with the pace of JJ and Antonio, and they really struggled with the height of our players at set pieces. Chris Burke looked threatening at times, and the big lad Zigic was a handful when he came on, but they were really poor for a team that is supposed to be one of the contenders this season. We could and should have scored a lot more.
BHAFC Braders Posted 22 August 2012 Posted 22 August 2012 Another frustrating match - dominated for massive spells but simply didn't make it count
Babylon Posted 22 August 2012 Posted 22 August 2012 I see Matthew Mills has received glowing reports from Bolton fans.... NOT!!!!!! ha.
