Leicester_Numan Posted 28 June 2012 Posted 28 June 2012 Plenty of it being slung today on FT. Yes, I had noticed. There's a few just trying to start arguments. I wish we'd sign someone so they weren't all so bored
1884Fox Posted 28 June 2012 Posted 28 June 2012 I had a maths tests and for about 20 minutes nobody worked so the test got delayed, but the field was covered and the ball courts were flooded. Apparently, me and some other people were causing a disruption by talking and looking out the window when we should have been working, which I wasn't, and then I got a detention for it.
Daggers Posted 28 June 2012 Posted 28 June 2012 Weather's been cracking in K Town. It never rains in K Town though, it's like heaven on Earth and almost as nice as Corby. Yea. Lovely Corby.

Not too far away in Hertford, was sweating like a pig all day, you know what though, I think it is not natural weather, and it is actual secret government weapons testing. Get your tinfoil hats on.

Webbo Posted 29 June 2012 Posted 29 June 2012 Just noticed this morning that it's knackered up my conservatory roof as well.

glenny_fox Posted 29 June 2012 Posted 29 June 2012 My other half's Aunty got hit on the head by a massive hail stone. She's got a bump similar to the one Bamba got against Derby on her head now. I apologise in advance, but I had a little chuckle at that.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 1 July 2012 Posted 1 July 2012 Lucky bastards, I am sweating like a pig in an office with the Air Con on the blink. (Norf London way, if anyone is interested) It certainly was sweatin ell down in London on Thursday.
Reynard Bleu Posted 6 July 2012 Posted 6 July 2012 Grim today, loads of water on the roads and it lookes like the rains here for few hours. Watched the weather last night and the chap spent half the 'forecast' telling me what the weather had been like that day? I know what the weather had been like that day, I was there, a material witness. I want to know what's coming not what's gone.
Rincewind Posted 6 July 2012 Posted 6 July 2012 Just laying in bed this morning listening to the rain trying to make the effort to get up and hoping it would stop so I can go out to get some food.
MikeyT Posted 6 July 2012 Posted 6 July 2012 Supposed to be like this for the next couple of days as well I think. Fun!
Rincewind Posted 6 July 2012 Posted 6 July 2012 It is a bit. Just been out. Only as far as Tesco Expresson London Road. Went across the road to Paninis got a ham and cheese bagette and chips then into Tesco for milk. Going no further If it doesn't stop I won't be going back out until tomorrow.
Mack Posted 6 July 2012 Author Posted 6 July 2012 It's nothing like as bad here as it was the other day. However seeing as there is no torch to go over the top about I am fulling expecting the local news later to be full of it. I was disgusted how they completely ignored it in favour of the torch last week.
HEGGSY Posted 6 July 2012 Posted 6 July 2012 I'm still laid in bed. When the weather is like this I just can't be arsed. Got work at 7 tonight though so....
