Thing is, Beckford had plenty of runs too and has hardly ever repaid faith in him For my money though, I'd have played Vardy on his favoured left & Beckford (even though I'm far from a fan) on the right (if I had to have 2 up front, which I wouldn't anyway) What Nugent offers when he's not scoring is linking up with other players, playing the midfield or the wideman in (in the games other than Wolves anyway, where everyone was pretty awful) whereas Beckford doesn't really, being a home game I'd have played him though as I mentioned above Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
