Basingstoke Fox Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 Why in gods name were Luton playing in red?
Tinman Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 and we beat them too last season Decent result and good for Morale, bring on Derby next week. Do your players usually roll around like they'd been shot?
StanSP Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 Why in gods name were Luton playing in red? They weren't...
Lamby Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 Why in gods name were Luton playing in red? It's Orange. Someone is in need of a colour blindness check
morris1234 Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 Get well soon young man! Ouch! http://www.itv.com/sport/football/article/2013-01-05/will-packwood-out-for-season-with-horror-double-leg-break-against-leeds-warning-graphic-video/
Basingstoke Fox Posted 6 January 2013 Posted 6 January 2013 They weren't... It's Orange. Someone is in need of a colour blindness check Alright whatever, I'm watching it on a crappy small TV at work. Either way, I always thought their home colours were white and black.
StanSP Posted 6 January 2013 Posted 6 January 2013 Alright whatever, I'm watching it on a crappy small TV at work. Either way, I always thought their home colours were white and black. No worries. Home colours always been orange as far as I know though.
Jimothy Posted 6 January 2013 Posted 6 January 2013 People can say what they like about Beckford and his time here, but his FA Cup record is absolutely ridiculous. 16 goals in 19 games! Surely can't be many players with better.
Jimothy Posted 6 January 2013 Posted 6 January 2013 Dervite still didn't touch him for the red Why would he go down there if he wasn't touched? He was through on goal. Beckford might be mardy, lazy and arrogant, but one thing he won't do is pass up the chance of an easy goal.
ScouseFox Posted 6 January 2013 Posted 6 January 2013 Dervite still didn't touch him for the red It was possibly the simplest red card decision any referee at any level could ask for.

Beckford might be mardy, lazy and arrogant, but one thing he won't do is pass up the chance of an easy goal. He fell over the grass before then and started moaning to the ref about it
Danno Posted 6 January 2013 Posted 6 January 2013 Dervite still didn't touch him for the red Should be banned for 8 games ffs
Jimothy Posted 6 January 2013 Posted 6 January 2013 He fell over the grass before then and started moaning to the ref about it Whatever! Another Lamby hard done to story! You forget Beckford played for us we all know what he's like. He moans constantly to the ref, it won't have been about falling over it'll be a constant thing through the whole game, probably moaning about because he thinks he's getting rough treatment from defenders. He'll moan the ref as soon as he's in earshot.
Lamby Posted 6 January 2013 Posted 6 January 2013 He's still a whiny little bitch though. I swear the FA are now cloning refs..the ref and both lino's looked exactly the same as eachother
Jimothy Posted 6 January 2013 Posted 6 January 2013 He's still a whiny little bitch though. I swear the FA are now cloning refs..the ref and both lino's looked exactly the same as eachother I know he's a whiny little bitch, that's exactly what I've just said. Still a nailed on red card though.
Narborough_fox Posted 6 January 2013 Posted 6 January 2013 Dervite still didn't touch him for the red Bore off, it's one of the easiest decision that the referee will make all season, it's an absolutely blatant red card.
Harry - LCFC Posted 6 January 2013 Posted 6 January 2013 Alright whatever, I'm watching it on a crappy small TV at work. Either way, I always thought their home colours were white and black. They change it now and again, traditionally white and black but they do sometimes have orange as their home kit. Also, they're currently sponsored by EasyJet who of course have orange on their logo, they had a bit of a say in the club's kit - note: this is nothing like the Cardiff kit change as Luton have had a history of wearing orange.
AKCJ Posted 6 January 2013 Posted 6 January 2013 I eagerly awaited that red card decision after hearing Lamby moan because I knew it'd turn to be exactly how it did... The easiest red card that ref will ever give.

Fair points, thanks for your response. ITV coverage is fvcking dreadful Agreed. It was very poor in my opinion too last season in terms of the highlights we got when we beat Norwich last February. Not a patch on the BBC's FA cup coverage.
Jimothy Posted 6 January 2013 Posted 6 January 2013 The other terrible thing about ITV's coverage, (and ESPN a bit) is the match choices. Why on earth was West Ham Man Utd chosen, that kind of fixture is on Sky every weekend. Same with Swansea Arsenal. I'd rather watch Boro Hastings or Maccelsfield Cardiff
SystonFox Posted 6 January 2013 Posted 6 January 2013 On the kit colour thing Why did S'oton wear white at home to Chelsea when their home kit is red this season???
Munshi Posted 6 January 2013 Posted 6 January 2013 On the kit colour thing Why did S'oton wear white at home to Chelsea when their home kit is red this season??? They think the white looks sexier
