Benji Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 Can't help but smile when United do that again and again.
Jimothy Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 Can't help but smile throw things at the TV when United do that again and again. Better.
purpleronnie Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 Just was wondering if anyone could possibly give me an explanation on who he is rather than some boring attempt at humour. he plays for man city. www.google.com Oh and dont be hard on yourself I find you amusing. Van Persie best striker in the prem by far.
Part Of The Crowd Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 One of the most boring games I've ever witnessed We were awful Seemed like we were on top but with so many players out injured we couldn't quite figure a way to put it in the net. I trust we brought more than Charlton in that photo posted a couple of weeks back.
Danno Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 he plays for man city. www.google.com Oh and dont be hard on yourself I find you amusing. Name a better player than Van Persie in the prem?
Soar Fox Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 Name a better player than Van Persie in the prem? Mata, Suarez, Bale, Tevez?
StanSP Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 Name a better player than Van Persie in the prem? Andy Carroll.
purpleronnie Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 Name a better player than Van Persie in the prem? why?
Bayfox Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 Mata, Suarez, Bale, Tevez? You may have had a point unitl you said tevez. Really. Not a chance. Mata is class but remember he cant get a game for spain. See cesc fabregas. Saurez is in a purple patch in a god damn awful liverpool side who would make me look good. Bale yes maybe. On current form but he's still miles away from ronaldo for example. Who isn't even on the same planet as messi. But we do like to get carried away in england. But tevez. Never just a rich mans iain hume. He isnt even the best player at city. See silva and augero. As for rvp. Even man city accept he's the one that got away and the difference at the minute.

I'd say RVP was the best followed by Mata and Silva. I'd also say Yaya Toure is up there too. why? Because you indicated it as humourous?

Danno Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 Then you misinterpreted what I wrote. 'oh dont be hard on yourself i find you amusing' Then you quoted about rvp.
purpleronnie Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 the quote wasn't in relation to that previous line, it was an edit on your quote. I edited the word 'player' and substituted 'striker'. the 'don't be hard on yourself' was in reference to your post about 'boring attempt at humour'.
Aj1927 Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 Well Malky Mackay is facing a backlash from some sections of the Cardiff fans for his team selection against Maccasfield. Mackay changed his entire outfield set up and bench and fielded a developement squad . Which wasn't enough as The Silkmen came from a goal down to claim victory and a place in th fourth round draw. Now me personally I am happy with this as I want us to fully concentrate on the league and ignore the cups. But some Cardiff fans are furious that Mackay has ignored the club and cups tradition. Now seeing as you guys avenged your Lge cup defeat against Burton and have booked your place in the next round, our league game will be shifted to accommodate your tie. But would you have accepted a complete overhaul of the team as a sacrifice of the cup? No disrespect to the Silkmen I am more than happy that they got the win, I had a few quid on them at 5-1 as I knew what squad Malky was gonna send out. But even with that team, they showed great character to come from behind.
Tom17LCFC Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 I personally think you should be fined like Blackpool were a few seasons ago.
Fox92 Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 I personally think you should be fined like Blackpool were a few seasons ago. Why? It isn't good for the Macclesfield fans that want to see better players, and it certainly not fair on the Cardiff fans that have travelled, but at the end of the day, it is his squad which he can rotate whenever. He might want to have dropped out. Fewer games to deal with, especially when they are top of our league? Saurez is in a purple patch in a god damn awful liverpool side who would make me look good. Give over. Liverpool are poor, you might not like him, but Suarez is World Class and could get in any Premier League team. On his day, he can be unplayable.
Haydos Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 It is completely the manager's prerogative and it depends on his true reasoning. If he thought it was a good opportunity to give the first team squad a much needed rest after a tough December schedule then fair enough.
promised land Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 Success brings success, a winning run in a cup is no bad thing for the league.

I was taking the piss because of some of their fan's ridiculous suggestions...
Leicesterpool Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 Doesn't anybody think Mansfield will beat Liverpool?
Libertine Dream Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 Id rather go to win every game and a good cup run can lift the whole club but also it can distract. Personally I thought it was disrespectful to both Macclesfield and the cup to send just about an entire 18 full of kids buts the managers decision
morris1234 Posted 5 January 2013 Posted 5 January 2013 Get well soon to Will Packwood at Birmingham today. Broke his leg in two places and ill be honest the videos knocking about are not nice to watch!
