Would love to go to Athletic Bilbao's ground. Really unique old school ground and a hell of an atmosphere to go with it.

I've been to the ground before as my mate supports them and I think if the ground was at full capacity there would be a cracking atmosphere generated there, but when there's only 3,000 fans inside a 20,000 seater stadium it's never going to be as good as it should be.

Still think it's a great unique ground though (apart from the one stand they can't afford to complete building)

Anyone saying Westfalenstadion is correct. Not just the ground though, the whole City is absolutely nuts on matchday. 40k must be at the stadium two hours before kick off drinking together. Regardless of whether you manage to get on the Südtribüne or not it's absolutely epic.

If anyone does get chance to go I would recommend Lütge-Eck in the town centre. Great fan pub.

Don't know how to post a photo from my phone but the next on my list is 'Stadion an der alten Forsterei' - home of Union Berlin. I think I'm right in saying the fans actually own the ground (they could buy a share for €500) and with three sides of terracing, they continue to stick two fingers up at the DFB for their 'blind worship' of the Taylor Report (the club's words, not mine!)

Sounds like my kind of club.

Out of the English grounds I'm still to visit, I'd have to say White Hart Lane.

I would love to go and see the Maracana Stadium in Rio. It's unbelievable how they once nearly hit the 200,000 mark in attendance.
