There are many ways to delay things such as changing position to one that is more stimulating for her and less for you, one tactic that works for me is to really go in deep and grind away at her rather than thrusting, don't know if that works for everyone, or pull out and give her a little head keep her warmed up while you cool down a bit, or pull out and rub the bellend against her clit, plenty of nerve endings in both those areas so it feels great for both but not the right sort of stimulation for ejaculation. Again these may not work for everyone,but seriously instead of thinking about scraping your knees, just try something different, surprise her, try not to kill the moment, but imagine how you would feel if whilst having sex with you your girlfriend is thinking of horrendous knee pain.
