Im not convinced any of them videos were meteorites. Looked to me like a couple of Waghorns shots on the way back down

It is quite funny, buy also a valid lesson, don't stand too close to windows to watch a meteor, I imagine I would do the same thing if a saw a meteor hurtling to earth, run to the window to watch it, but I will remember to stand behind someone if it happens again.

If the apocalypse is indeed nigh and we are set to be treated to spectacles like this on an increasingly regular basis it might be worth investing in some goggles.

Remember folks , before rushing to watch the meteor strike through the window , put on your protective pancake face and goggles.

I'd start doing the drill now !!

Or a welders mask, quick lets patent this and start marketing them as apocalypse viewing face protectors, tinted anti glare visor so you can stare at the sun as it explodes and engulfs the world, face and neck protection for flying glass and debris, probably some sort of built in gas mask, and noise cancelling headphones so you can easily step over the dying without being distracted by their pleas for help.

You are treading a fine line though. As much as nobody wants to go blind you have to consider that you are unlikely to get much action from the angels if you rock up in heaven looking like this guy

I would have had some well shat in pants if I was there.

I was inthe garden once and one of our quite brilliant Red Arrows flew over the house at about 150ft. Thug is though you couldn't hear it until it actually passed so the noise just hit the ground as it clears the house. I jumped so high I nearly hit the bloody thing.

That's an incredible sight, but imagine how scary that must look coming straight towards you!

First I've heard of it. This is flipping awesome news. THE DRAMA!

Off to the back garden in a minute to save the hedgehog and decide on the next move.

I've not read the thread yet so hope this isn't some kind of sick joke.

Disappointing, I was hoping for more of a doomsday rant from you. E-
