Guest Col city fan Posted 16 March 2013 Posted 16 March 2013 No confidence, no clue. Not a 2-0 game in a million years, but here we are. SSL has been utterly woeful, I suppose his fan club will make excuses. You drop out that top 6 Nigel and it's not good enough. Huge second half coming up, we need to salvage confidence not just points. Good post Babs
Guest shearfox Posted 16 March 2013 Posted 16 March 2013 You do realise the reason nothing's going our way up top is because Wood is playing dreadfully? Wood doesn't look the same since his injury
Kitchandro Posted 16 March 2013 Posted 16 March 2013 Schlupp on, Wellens off. I can see why he's done that, but I'd have taken Drinkwater off the way he's played. Not that I'm picking on him, like I said, At least 8 players have been beyond disgraceful.
AKCJ Posted 16 March 2013 Posted 16 March 2013 Well sorry Nigel, but thats the worst possible thing you could have done. Wellens was our best player by miles.
Callabinho Posted 16 March 2013 Posted 16 March 2013 Between Wales and Derby we are the unfortunate filling in a sheepshagger sandwich!
Guest Col city fan Posted 16 March 2013 Posted 16 March 2013 I think I noticed Wellens pick up an injury.. Ankle knock it looked like
The Fox and The Crow Posted 16 March 2013 Posted 16 March 2013 Pearson has not covered himself in glory lately but the players have to be made accountable for this. Our passing is too pedestrian, the movement is non existent AGAIN and they've not even bothered trying to defend crosses into the box. Embarrassing.
lcfc will Posted 16 March 2013 Posted 16 March 2013 Bringing wellens off, hes been the best player on the pitch
ozleicester Posted 16 March 2013 Posted 16 March 2013 if wellens isnt injured.. then i will have to agree that NP really doesnt know what hes doing
CloudFox Posted 16 March 2013 Posted 16 March 2013 You do realise the reason nothing's going our way up top is because Wood is playing dreadfully? I think it's a combination of this and Nugent playing out on the wing. He may have played there occasionally for Portsmouth, but he's never really worked there for us. Without each other as partners, I think both Wood and Nugent suffer. We saw how well they could work together earlier in the season.
theessexfox Posted 16 March 2013 Posted 16 March 2013 Switched to the Rugby at 2-0, now that's gone pear shaped, what on Earth do I do now?
Grewks Posted 16 March 2013 Posted 16 March 2013 Well lads... got a feeling we will win 3-2, as i watched the first half and we were 2-0 down, switched over to the egg chasers and they are getting demolished. cmon lads.
lcfcsnow Posted 16 March 2013 Posted 16 March 2013 Wellens was our best player by miles. Shows how bad we are then doesn't it? Personally I don't see what King offers in any away game.
Oxshottfox Posted 16 March 2013 Posted 16 March 2013 We are awful, not a single shot on goal. What has happened to us? If we make play offs it will be a miracle
Soar Fox Posted 16 March 2013 Posted 16 March 2013 I get slagged off either way so can't win, so i'll stick to being myself a realist, often percieved as being a pessimist. I made a post 3/4 weeks ago, which I was shot down for, got told i wasn't a proper fan. I was being realistic back then and now unfortunately it looks like what I said is going to happen.
5waller5 Posted 16 March 2013 Posted 16 March 2013 I think I noticed Wellens pick up an injury.. Ankle knock it looked like I thought that too .... but then i think it may have been his boot as he seemed to keep fiddlign with his boot and then started moving freely again.
1884Fox Posted 16 March 2013 Posted 16 March 2013 Reckon that Wellens was either injured or Pearson didn't want to risk a red
Yojoe36 Posted 16 March 2013 Posted 16 March 2013 I agree with Schlupp coming on, but it would of been better to take Drinkwater off.
Babylon Posted 16 March 2013 Posted 16 March 2013 Fook off Pearson you deluded idiot. Wellens off, Wellens off. If this is tactical and not an injury. Then fook off out the door now. Looked clear to me we needed to go 442, Wellens ain't gonna last so looked an obvious change.
kingfox Posted 16 March 2013 Posted 16 March 2013 Looked clear to me we needed to go 442, Wellens ain't gonna last so looked an obvious change. If it's an injury Babs, then understandable, but if it's tactical he should take off Drinkwater, because he was poor.
Guest Col city fan Posted 16 March 2013 Posted 16 March 2013 Long gone are the days when we went away to Derby and were 4-0 up in about 20 mins. Christ how this team is so much worse than that one was.
