LCFC FOX Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 Florist are just boring, What don't they get about us only hating Derby?
Ashley Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 Like I said previously in the thread I think the final day will mean us or Forest for play-offs, possibly moved to TV? If we actually won though and it happens how I've said it..
LCFC_FAN_1995 Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 Surely a wind up? 2000? No! So basically what they're gonna put half leicester fans and half forest fans also in the away end? They never let us near each other by not selling home fans the block on the side so surely they won't do that? Basically doing a Norwich and cutting our allocation short, which is disgraceful and shouldn't be allowed to happen. That's like us against Watford, saying they're only allowed 1000 fans because we want more home fans to come in, disgusting
LCFC_FAN_1995 Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 inital allocation for the FA cup game was 2000, then went up to 8000, so calm down and lets see ladies No it wasn't, it was 3,200 as that is mostly the whole away end, up to 5000 can be accomidated
Guest MattP Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 Can't wait, this could be absolute carnage. A few in the home end on a day like this always ups the atmosphere a bit.
LeicesterAreGoingUp Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 We can have 10% pf the ground, im sure it holda more than 20,000 .....
Alexikokopops Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 We can have 10% pf the ground, im sure it holda more than 20,000 ..... Already covered - it's 10% or 2k, whichever is smaller They are within their rights to do this, 2,000 is the minimum for Football League fixtures. 34.2.1 Each Club must make provision for at least 2,000 visiting supporters at every home match or such number as represents 10% of the Club's certified capacity, if less than 2,000. The Executive may, on the prior written application of a Club, suspend this Regulation or reduce the figure either for a particular League Match or for a period of time. With effect from the 2011/12 Season each Club shall, subject to any dispensations granted by the Board, make provision for at least 200 of the visiting supporters to be accommodated under cover. Any Club which fails to meet the requirement of 200 visiting supporters being accommodated under cover and which does not have a dispensation granted by the Board shall have such amounts as the Board shall determine (in its absolute discretion) withheld from that Club's central distributions from the Pool Account until such time as the Club can meet the requirement. Whether or not they will remains to be seen, but it all depends on how the next few weeks pans out I suppose.
Dan Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 They really are an embarrassment aren't they? Knocking our support despite the fact it'd be their 'fans' (loosely used as they've decided not to turn up until the final day) nicking our spaces. I'm against ripping off away fans just because our fans got ripped off there, but in this case I'd absolutely love it if we cut their allocation at our ground to as low as possible forever, see how many of their 'fans' turn up then. Imagine the thought of missing out on a ticket because one of their 'fans' made a convenient late choice to go to the game.
Fox92 Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 Not suprised that this could/will happen. They have had a few sell out's lately (haven't they? even though Brighton took a lot of fans), and if we are both going for a play off place, they will try their best to prevent the support of the opposition team, regardless of who it is in my opinion.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 High risk. It'd be good if the Norwich effect happens again. It'd be even funnier in a weird way if it's a nothing game for us so we don't turn up
allotment-fox Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 Did hope to go to this one.... No place for the faint hearted, but this reminds me of the old saying cheats never prosper! remember Norwich last season
AlphaMaleFox Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 Great news if true. Two most important ingredients in the recipe for good atmosphere: a hatred ✔ and a sense of injustice ✔ already sorted. Bring it on!
1964FOX Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 Great news if true. Two most important ingredients in the recipe for good atmosphere: a hatred ✔ and a sense of injustice ✔ already sorted. Bring it on! That's a good point.
body102 Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 Want to go , but if a playoff place is up for grabs may well stay away . Reason being the only time I have seen us win there is when Joachim scored against pompey in the playoffs . Don't want to be the kiss of death
GingerrrFox Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 It's probably gonna get moved to be on Sky anyway.
RedHux Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 It's probably gonna get moved to be on Sky anyway. Can they move the final days fixtures? Don't they arrange it so everyone plays at the same time now?
Dylan Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 It's probably gonna get moved to be on Sky anyway. May be on Sky but can't be moved... final games, all fixtures must be played at the same time.
Munshi Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 Can they move the final days fixtures? Don't they arrange it so everyone plays at the same time now? Im sure last season, Southhampton played there game earlier? Im probably wrong.
GingerrrFox Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 Can they move the final days fixtures? Don't they arrange it so everyone plays at the same time now? I'm pretty sure West Hams last game was moved last season. Think that is just the Premier League they keep at the same time, not 100% sure though.
GingerrrFox Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 All games on the last day kick off at the same time. That's not true Southampton played Cov at 12:30 last season, won 4-0.
Corky Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 That's not true Southampton played Cov at 12:30 last season, won 4-0. We kicked off at Leeds at the same time. Every match on the last day kick off together, it's been that way for years.
1964FOX Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 Guess what, it's done so Sky sports can concentrate on the championship and report the ups and downs prior to then concentrating on the games at 3pm. They get the best of both worlds and of course everyone playing at the same time ensures nobody has an advantage over another in the important games.
Libertine Dream Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 All games have to be played at the same time on last day and Sky can't show games when 3 o clock kick offs are on so they all get moved to 12:45.
RowlattsFox Posted 11 April 2013 Posted 11 April 2013 Championship games used to be played on Sunday as well, giving it whole focus.
