J.Lisemore Posted 17 April 2013 Posted 17 April 2013 Someone needs to have a quite word with Morgan then Yep, might aswel put your house on it anyway, been a while since I've seen Murray taking a pen on FLS.
marbelladave Posted 17 April 2013 Posted 17 April 2013 Palace v city, then off to Brixton academy to see James. ... A win would make it a day out n half! Ahhh, James, a big advocate of safe standing if I recall correctly......

indierich06 Posted 17 April 2013 Posted 17 April 2013 Where are people boozing pre-match? It would be good to meet up with a few posters in person. Maybe DT, Flowwolf, Seenitall and myself could share a pint and discuss the merits of Nigel Pearson's Leicester City?
Aus Fox Posted 17 April 2013 Posted 17 April 2013 I'd go 3 in midfield away from home.controversially I would bring back Wellens, great game up at Cardiff think he could keep it simple in the middle add a bit of experience to the team. Kasper De Laet Morgan Keane Konhesky Wellens James King Schluup Dyer Wood Subs: Knockaert, Logan, Moore, drinkwater, Nugent, Marshall, Waghorn
NewburyFox Posted 17 April 2013 Posted 17 April 2013 I'd go 3 in midfield, it's worked quite well recently, especially against Brighton. Bring Drinkwater in for Knockaert and have Schlupp and Dyer on either side of Wood. I think I read on their forum that their full back Jonathan Parr left the Ipswich game on crutches with his foot in a protective boot yesterday so that could be a bonus for us. 3 in the midfield is crucial to deny them space, do this and I think we'll win. Stick with 4-4-2 and I'd worry.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 17 April 2013 Posted 17 April 2013 Kasper De Laet Morgan Keane Konchesky Knockaert King James Dyer Schlupp Wood Subs: Nugent, Logan, Whitbread, Drinkwater, Marshall, Moore and Kane. Probably this
Guest Sharpe's Fox Posted 17 April 2013 Posted 17 April 2013 They haven't scored in 5 games, so if they get 1 goal their tails will go up. Get the first goal and we should win this...

I'd happily have a pint with you - although it would be a short conversation (only joking, jeez get a sense of humour.....)

There is a good pub at the Crystal Palace triangle, opposite the top entrance to the park, called the Grape and Grain I believe...its about a 10-15 min bus ride to the ground. Might be worth a go.
dayday Posted 17 April 2013 Posted 17 April 2013 I really hope Pearson does not go 4-4-2 as we were outplayed playing that formation against them earlier in the season, I'd go 3 in midfield, it's worked quite well recently, especially against Brighton. Spot on they out played us earlier in the season when we went 4-4-2,Konchesky never bombed on once as he was so concerned about Zaha,as a result we were forced to sit back and they punished us with two quick goals.
SmithyFox12 Posted 17 April 2013 Posted 17 April 2013 Same team that played against Bolton. Such a big game.
Dan Posted 17 April 2013 Posted 17 April 2013 I've got a horrible feeling they're going to do exactly what we did last night.
JRIronmonger Posted 17 April 2013 Posted 17 April 2013 Anyone got any spare away end tickets for this. Im at uni in London and live just down the road from Palace.
wolfgang amadeus Posted 17 April 2013 Posted 17 April 2013 We need to go for a win here, don't think their midfield is too much to deal with without the suspended Jedinak so I fancy our chances.
Legend_in_blue Posted 17 April 2013 Posted 17 April 2013 Just keep the ball on the floor Pearson. Press them, pass it along the floor, attack with pace. I want to believe. For the second half of last night I did.
THEBIGJOHNSTEADER; Posted 17 April 2013 Posted 17 April 2013 This game is bigger than my dick. Massive

Guest Col city fan Posted 17 April 2013 Posted 17 April 2013 Tish boom BJS put the clap in clapper When people have been posting they think Pearson is a 'goner here', BJS thought it meant something else completely..

indierich06 Posted 18 April 2013 Posted 18 April 2013 I'd happily have a pint with you - although it would be a short conversation (only joking, jeez get a sense of humour.....) I actually enjoy our banter, believe it or not! This place would be boring if everyone agreed with me (even though I'm always right, obviously).
MC Prussian Posted 18 April 2013 Posted 18 April 2013 Stop playing hoofball, find back to our effective passing ways and we'll win this. Got a good feeling, Palace's form of recent has been appalling. They are the new Leicester. 2-1 to us. Come on, you Foxes!
