The concept of the game was totally shit from the start. That falls on Pamela's shoulders and if you don't listen to market research/focus group you're setting yourself up to fail.

Their game concept was horrific, if it wasn't for Mark (who I felt Shugs gave a right unfair roasting considering his efforts on this task) they wouldn't have sold a thing.
