Samu Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 What a ridiculous episode. What was wrong with what they did? They were clearly the better team
ithuriel Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 Good episode, that skeleton was always going to be a deal breaker and was a huge risk.
Samu Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 Yeah but I don't understand why thinking outside of the box was so bad. They kept to the specifications of the task technically!
Legend_in_blue Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 Total joke of an episode. Shame after last week was one of the best in a long time. Penalised for a moment of brilliance. Can't believe it.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 The Geordie has offered the square root of **** all. You can't penalise others for it sporadically and let some get away with it, she's ****ing toss. Whole thing is such a shithouse now it's based around a "business plan," effectively pointless.
Phube Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 Sooo angry with that. The other team was shit... Grrrr....
Samu Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 Total joke of an episode. Shame after last week was one of the best in a long time. Penalised for a moment of brilliance. Can't believe it. Could not agree more! Total joke. Felipe is a legend though!
kingfox Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 What I learned from that episode. Roisin in her PJ's looks bloody sexy :xmastongue:
Captain... Posted 4 December 2014 Posted 4 December 2014 Yeah but I don't understand why thinking outside of the box was so bad. They kept to the specifications of the task technically! Because it was not a thinking outside the box exercise, Sugar wanted a skeleton, if your boss asks you for a 12 page report on a product, and you write "It is dead good" in a font so big you only get one letter on a page, and hand that in. Do you think he will praise you because technically you gave him what he asked for, and saved a lot of time in doing so, and accept that it is his fault for not being more specific, or do you think he will give you a bollocking and demand that you do it properly?
The Horse's Mouth Posted 4 December 2014 Posted 4 December 2014 He's probably only keeping Daniel in because him and Mark is the running feud.
Jimothy Posted 4 December 2014 Posted 4 December 2014 Just watched it. Absolute joke. Sugar is a tool, and Felipe should have told him so. If he wants something that's specific, he should be a bit clearer.
Grandad. Posted 4 December 2014 Posted 4 December 2014 Felipe Roisin is the absolute dog bollocks, right filthy slut in that jewellers. Think Sugar wanted to get rid of Felipe, not really offered much so just decided that he was going to fine them massively.
MooseBreath Posted 4 December 2014 Posted 4 December 2014 Just watched it. Absolute joke. Sugar is a tool, and Felipe should have told him so. If he wants something that's specific, he should be a bit clearer. Agreed. I thought sugar was a bit cowardly. Write ambiguous specifications in business and you can expect corners to be cut. He should have owned up to his mistake.
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 4 December 2014 Posted 4 December 2014 Roisin is the absolute dog bollocks, right filthy slut in that jewellers. :xmaslaugh: :xmaslaugh: :xmaslaugh:
Kitchandro Posted 4 December 2014 Posted 4 December 2014 Obvious that Daniel and the Geordie bird will be in the last 4. That's why they have asked their opinion on other candidates that were fired.
Grandad. Posted 4 December 2014 Posted 4 December 2014 Obvious that Daniel and the Geordie bird will be in the last 4. That's why they have asked their opinion on other candidates that were fired. Huh?
The Horse's Mouth Posted 4 December 2014 Posted 4 December 2014 Sugar's penalty analogy was flawed, because in that context surely going back to the house is scoring the penalty.
StanSP Posted 4 December 2014 Posted 4 December 2014 Obvious that Daniel and the Geordie bird will be in the last 4. That's why they have asked their opinion on other candidates that were fired. Or maybe they were asked because they were the other 2 in the boardroom?
