This is by far the worst series ever. I agree it needs an overhaul, but I don't think it needs to ditch the business partner idea, but if they are going to be business partners it needs to be 50/50 about business plan and candidate. Instead of the same tired old tasks they spend one week doing a group task, the next week an individual task relevant to their business plan. Or the project manager tailors the task to his business plan. So instead of making an advert for a soft drink, they make an advert for their product, instead of sourcing random crap, they source things relevant to their business.

That Mark is obviously the villain now, he would never had got fired last night no matter how much he screwed up. People love to have someone to hate in these shows and the BBC know that.
