AKCJ Posted 2 May 2013 Posted 2 May 2013 Bradford 1-3 Burton Albion Northampton 1-0 Cheltenham Burton have been very good so far.
Fox92 Posted 2 May 2013 Posted 2 May 2013 Wanted Bradford to win. Once a two goal lead is established, especially this early on in the tie, it's difficult to come back.
AKCJ Posted 2 May 2013 Author Posted 2 May 2013 Bradford get one back. 2-3. This is one hell of a game.
BoneDog Posted 2 May 2013 Posted 2 May 2013 Great 1st leg at Bradford to kick off the play off viewing this season. Burton could have had five, they missed two golden chances, but Bradford missed a couple too tbf. Hope Burton get through. Player of the season for them is back for the 2nd leg. Never knew Rowett was such a fiery character, it was getting heated on the touchline
Manwell Pablo Posted 3 May 2013 Posted 3 May 2013 Missed it as I was out a football training but will be watching on Sunday, have a lot of time for Burton it's just down the road from me and my Mum's family is from there. Had it not been for the fact they weren't formed until 1950 I could well have ended up a supporter myself.
AKCJ Posted 3 May 2013 Author Posted 3 May 2013 Shocking turnout for a club of Sheffield United's size/magnitude of the game/ticket price.
AKCJ Posted 3 May 2013 Author Posted 3 May 2013 Personally hope Yeovil win. Can't stand Morgan, especially after what he did to Hume.
Vacamion Posted 3 May 2013 Posted 3 May 2013 Shocking turnout for a club of Sheffield United's size/magnitude of the game/ticket price. Agreed. Their last home game of the season, their chance to get to Wembley and go up, and yet there are gaps all around the ground... Wonder whats behind that?
Alexikokopops Posted 4 May 2013 Posted 4 May 2013 Agreed. Their last home game of the season, their chance to get to Wembley and go up, and yet there are gaps all around the ground... Wonder whats behind that? I'm pretty sure we didn't sell out when Cardiff came a few years back
Super_horns Posted 4 May 2013 Posted 4 May 2013 Sheff U's home form is pretty ropey and their play-off record not great. Fancy a Yeovil v Brentford final in League One.
Northants Fox 3 Posted 5 May 2013 Posted 5 May 2013 Bradford 1-3 Burton Albion Northampton 1-0 Cheltenham Burton have been very good so far Burton Albion 1 - 3 Bradford Bradford won 5 - 4 on Agg
SystonFox Posted 5 May 2013 Posted 5 May 2013 I'm pretty sure we didn't sell out when Cardiff came a few years back We didnt. Nowhere near as many blocks of empty seats as that though. Pretty embarrassing for a club who still consider themselves "MASSIVE"
Danizen Posted 5 May 2013 Posted 5 May 2013 Fantastic goal by Luke Gutteridge for Northampton. Stunner.
Super_horns Posted 5 May 2013 Posted 5 May 2013 Northampton v Bradford would be a big attendance at that level in the final.
ruisliptiger Posted 5 May 2013 Posted 5 May 2013 Colours to the mast time then now were well shot of the whole gruesome affair. Who I think will win Brighton Sheff Utd Northampton Who I want to win Brighton just edging out Leicester as I've never been to the AMEX Brentford Bradford The Burton vs Bradford game were quality entertainment. End to end stuff.
Carl the Llama Posted 5 May 2013 Posted 5 May 2013 Ch'ship only: Who I think will win: Bolton Forest Leicester.
