Fox92 Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 why are almost all the lower league games far more entertaining than the premiership ones? Players put passion over money. They try harder.
I am Rod Hull Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 why are almost all the lower league games far more entertaining than the premiership ones? Fear not, Sunderland v Stoke is on after this
bluesbrothers Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 Donaldson with the most hilariously pathetic excuse for a dive I've ever seen. Still laughing.
Carl the Llama Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 Knew Storey would miss that the second he stepped up... poor lad.
kingfox Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 Knew Storey would miss that the second he stepped up... poor lad. Haha, no word of a lie I said exactly the same thing to my dad, this guy will miss, young striker, inexperienced could tell. Brentford deserve that though. Yeovil v Brentford for a place in the Championship, couldn't wish for a better L1 play-off final.

Corky Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 Brentford not been in the second tier since 1993, Yeovil have never been there, what a prize on offer.
Happy Fox Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 One step of history repeating itself the last time Brentford reached a playoff final we and Palace were the teams to progress to Wembley!
Super_horns Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 exactly. If you like standing areas both teams are perfect!
purpleronnie Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 If you like standing areas both teams are perfect! which will have to become all seater unfortunately.
C-man Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 If you like standing areas both teams are perfect! Aren't Brentford moving to a new gaff?
purpleronnie Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 Aren't Brentford moving to a new gaff? either way it'll be an all seater within a few years.
Super_horns Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 Aren't Brentford moving to a new gaff? Yes but not for next season. Season after maybe..
DennisNedry Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 Brentford or Yeovil in the Championship? Brilliant! Hate Swindon as well, happy to see them fail.
SystonFox Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 Hope brentdord go up myself. After the heartache of last week maybe its their year? Then again for Yeovil to be in the second tier is an achievement for one of footballs old school "giant killers"
Fox in the North Posted 6 May 2013 Posted 6 May 2013 Quite happy with either. Great away day potential and it's always nice to see a different team in a higher league. Good on the both of them!
MC Prussian Posted 10 May 2013 Posted 10 May 2013 Beyond nervous now. Just wait until you get to the phase leading up to the second leg.
Happy Fox Posted 10 May 2013 Posted 10 May 2013 This game of Palace v Brighton has got draw written all over it.
Simmo86 Posted 10 May 2013 Posted 10 May 2013 This game of Palace v Brighton has got draw written all over it. Depends. If Brighton can keep it to a football match they'll win. But if it turns into a scrappy affair Palace might just nick it. Although I'm sure Brighton will go through over the 2 legs.
ADK Posted 10 May 2013 Posted 10 May 2013 I think i might rather play Brighton than Palace in the final. Brighton don't have as many natural goalscorers as Palace. Holloway has won a play off final before which might give him an edge. If it goes to penalties i think we might beat Brighton but Palace would beat us. Granted Brighton are no pushovers but we've beaten them once and should have beaten them twice were it not for nerves.
