Guest ttfn Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Huge game tonight - 2nd v 3rd in the Premier League. 3 Englishmen playing, 1 of whom has retired from international football.
One Legged Beaver Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 I fear that that free kick may crash through my window at any minute.
ScouseFox Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Poor from Willian, had Hazard an Eto'o one way and Ramires the other and chose him. Should be 1-0. Very interesting game so far, not many great chances but enjoying it.
One Legged Beaver Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Great hold up play from Hazard and terrific finish from a RB/CB!
ScouseFox Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Chelsea could be two or three up here. Hazard absolutely running the show. Boring Chelsea .
Dan Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Palace fans are class today. Thoroughly depressing reading my Twitter seeing the criticism of fans aimed towards the Palace fans going at it for 90, as opposed to the 57k Arsenal fans sat in total silence. The mentality of fans in this country is absolutely pathetic at times.
One Legged Beaver Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Possibly controversial but I reckon Hazard is the best player in the premiership. If Chelsea had a world class striker to compliment him he could get an absolute tonne of goals and assists a season.
AKCJ Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Possibly controversial but I reckon Hazard is the best player in the premiership. If Chelsea had a world class striker to compliment him he could get an absolute tonne of goals and assists a season. He's light years away from Suarez IMO. I think he's in the same band as Rooney and Aguero though.
Dan Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Suarez is the best in the Premier League. Easily. I think he's staking a claim to be third in the world at the minute, he's been quality for years but he's took it to a whole new level recently. Hazard & Aguero probably the next best. Hazard's been far better than last season.
AKCJ Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Nights like this tell me that Mourinho is the best manager in the world. Tactically perfect.
foxfanazer Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Yeah Suarez is the best. Mata, Aguero and Hazard are all quality though
foxfanazer Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Nights like this tell me that Mourinho is the best manager in the world. Tactically perfect. Spot on. Can be annoying but as a manager he's world class
One Legged Beaver Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 I find Suarez against the lesser teams is a different kind of animal to Hazard but find Hazard to be considerably better than Suarez when he comes up against the top teams however. Although this might just be due to how the manager gets his team to play and the quality of team mates.
AKCJ Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Why has Pellegrini played Demichelis in midfield with Milner and Rodwell on the bench?
MC Prussian Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Manchester City at sixes and sevens right now. Totally frantic defensive play by the home side.
ScouseFox Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 City will end up getting something from this game if Chelsea continue to waste glorious chances like these.
