Stadt Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Wenger seriously needs to sort his training out fm style.
Super_horns Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 You hardly see Woy! at any premier league game north of watford apart from Man U and Liverpool. Unless they are playing each other.. Will the Southampton 3 make the WC squad?
Guest ttfn Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 Unless they are playing each other.. Will the Southampton 3 make the WC squad? Can't see all 3 going but Lallana + one other looks very possible. It sort of depends on Carroll's fitness.
Fox92 Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 Liverpool winning at Albion via Sturridge. Great little play from Sterling and Suarez.
RowlattsFox Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 Shite game this. West brom are awful, no creativity whatsoever. Vydra looks so out of his depth.
martyn Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 Pitch isnt helping this game. Vydra hopelessly out of his depth I agree. Just strolls around as well.
SystonFox Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 Can't see all 3 going but Lallana + one other looks very possible. It sort of depends on Carroll's fitness. Lallana has to go WC. Lambert too,
Jimothy Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 Lallana has to go WC. Lambert too, I'd put a case forward for Clyne at RB too. And Shaw as back up to Baines (seeing as Cole doesn't play club football anymore he can't go.) Neither will go, but they should be in with a shout. This Liverpool WBA game is sending sleep.
ScouseFox Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 Jay Rodriguez better go, got a lot of love for him these days. I'd take all 3 or maybe leave Lambert, depends on fitness and the like of a few others.
Matt Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 Kallstrom apparently injured in his first training session this morning, out until late March/April. Nightmare for Arsenal if true. I heard they signed him injured. Only Arsene Wenger, Arsenal and their medical staff could do this, in this day and age. Sums them up, it really does. (I'm laughing at Wenger, Arsenal and the medical staff, not the injury)
Jimothy Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 I heard they signed him injured. Only Arsene Wenger, Arsenal and their medical staff could do this, in this day and age. Sums them up, it really does. (I'm laughing at Wenger, Arsenal and the medical staff, not the injury) Yeah, Arsenal, widely regarded as one of the most professionally run clubs, not only in England, but the world, would be the only team to do something like this. Only Wenger, for all his failings, widely regarded as one of the most intelligent men in football, could do this.Wind the hate in a bit, you're looking daft.
Danno Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 Liverpool proving again why they'll never be title contenders.
AjcW Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 Yeah, Arsenal, widely regarded as one of the most professionally run clubs, not only in England, but the world, would be the only team to do something like this. Only Wenger, for all his failings, widely regarded as one of the most intelligent men in football, could do this. Wind the hate in a bit, you're looking daft. Exactly! They didn't even need him Arsene only signed him to show the fans he was doing something. They have zelalem to unleash soon who is going to be the next in a long line of quality players he has signed at youth level that no one has ever heard of that will turn into a star.
Finnegan Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 I've got to be honest, I didn't understand the Kallstrom signing at all. Way beyond his best and they don't need central midfielders at all.
Jimothy Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 I've got to be honest, I didn't understand the Kallstrom signing at all. Way beyond his best and they don't need central midfielders at all. Plenty of attacking ones, but with Ramsey, Wilshere and Diaby out, Flamini suspended and Arteta always susceptible to an injury, the only other player even remotely capable of playing that 2 is Rosicky. It's just for cover.
AjcW Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 Just look at how well the ox has played centre mid... Pretty sure the kalstrom signing was just for show
Fox92 Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 Wenger's said all along that he'll turn into a central midfielder. He looked good today.
Corky Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 Palace fans are class today. How our fans should be if we go up. Just enjoy it, we'll lose games at Arsenal etc so there's no point being miserable, non-stop support is the order of the day.
Tielemans63 Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 Kolo Toure's had a mare Can't believe he gets into Liverpool's side - even with their injuries. He'd have a job getting into our side, dreadful player.
AyewJoking Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 How our fans should be if we go up. Just enjoy it, we'll lose games at Arsenal etc so there's no point being miserable, non-stop support is the order of the day. reminds me of pompey fans in their first season in the prem, got annoying after a while though. singing like you dont care youre losing though you obviously do care otherwise you wouldnt sing.
Soar Fox Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 The signing of Kim Kallstrom to Arsenal is a strange deal. It seems Wenger knew he would be injured but still went ahead with the deal. He said he wouldn't have signed him if he had 2 or 3 days left but because it was so late on Friday he just went ahead with it. He's had a month to sign players why leave things until the last few hours? It's the best chance of winning the league they've had in years, he should have got his business done early. If Arsenal don't win anything this year I think it's time for Wenger to go.
Manwell Pablo Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/25998021 The head games from Mourinho continue .
