How about Doyle, though?

I expect Mills and Doyle may well end up at Leeds, though, both having played under McDermott at Reading, as I recall.

He looked solid under McDermott at Reading, to be fair.

I wish we'd just let it go though. We paid too much for him and he was handed a big contract, which wasn't really his fault. I'm sure we don't need to keep track of his movements.

Ooh, this game is fun! My turn:

Danns, Beckford, Johnson, Ball, Bednar, Bruma, Ricardo, Peltier, Paintsil, St Ledger...

Danns, Beckford, Peltier, and St ledger are good, just because Pearson doesn't like them, it doesn't mean they're crap.

Yeah, they're well worth the millions we've spunked up the wall on them in wages and transfer fees.

Danns, the midfielder who can't pass or retain posession, Beckford the single-figures striker, Peltier the defender who can't defend and Sean St Ledger the overratted eternal crock.

Can't imagine why Pearson's not a fan to be honest?

How do you know they don't play football well if they never get in the team.

That's usually an indicator.

I was following us the season before last

Danns and Ledger have had good days but overall I don't think are good enough for what we're aiming for, also both liabilities at times. Beckford couldn't be arsed with us and Peltier never did anything of note

Danns and ledger being inconsistent was pretty much applicable to the whole team, Beckford just seemed like him and Pearson didn't get on, and when do right backs do anything of note, if you've not noticed him he can't be doing a lot wrong.

To be honest I think we could turn Messi & Ronaldo crap if we signed them.

I'll be honest and admit I was quite excited at the majority of them signings, just for one reason or another they didn't work out.

Regarding Mills personally I don't think he was as bad as everyone makes out. He was thrown in the deep straight the way with being given the captaincy, big money move and the expectation of being favourites for the league.

And that's why they were playing at Huddersfield, Huddersfield, Leeds and Millwall last year. Whoop de whoop.

good eye for a player old Sven-

I'm pretty sure I can speak for the majority saying we were all quite happy signing him, whenever I seen him play for Reading I thought he was one of if not the best defender in the league.

Then the Reading fans came on here, slagging him off, saying he only played well when we were on TV (Shame he didn't play for us last season ah?!), we all thought they were bitter, they were true to their word though.

At time of signing I was very happy though, I was soon proved very wrong.

How dare you turn this from an enjoyable let's laugh at Mills thread to a suicide enducing let's blame everything on Pearson thread.

I like Pearson but he does have a knack for falling out with players.

That's because football players are utter cvnts. Why is it people cannot realise this?

And BTW, none of the players you mention are good. They haven't been missed and never will be.
