Rincewind Posted 23 June 2013 Posted 23 June 2013 I know how he feels. When I left my security job a bloke turned up as I was leaving to go home and said his company had taken over the site. No communication or indication from my boss. Good luck to him.

RowlattsFox Posted 23 June 2013 Posted 23 June 2013 Wonder if Brighton knew he was on tv when they released the statement.
Craig Posted 23 June 2013 Posted 23 June 2013 Brighton forum has a large thread (started this morning) saying that he'd been to players houses today saying goodbye.
Guesty Posted 23 June 2013 Posted 23 June 2013 For anyone who didn't see it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=9RNOYRWs9xs
Rincewind Posted 23 June 2013 Posted 23 June 2013 Brighton forum has a large thread (started this morning) saying that he'd been to players houses today saying goodbye. Isn't he in Brazil?
Rincewind Posted 23 June 2013 Posted 23 June 2013 Well they have to waste spend our license fee on something.
Guest Posted 23 June 2013 Posted 23 June 2013 Well they have to waste spend our license fee on something. Would you prefer them to send them to Brazil and build studios there which would cost a boat load more?
Rincewind Posted 23 June 2013 Posted 23 June 2013 I missed the off although I think the pundits would prefer a working holiday in Brazil/
Guest Posted 23 June 2013 Posted 23 June 2013 I missed the off although I think the pundits would prefer a working holiday in Brazil/ Fair play. I think everyone would
Fox92 Posted 23 June 2013 Posted 23 June 2013 For anyone who didn't see it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=9RNOYRWs9xs Oh right, they didn't actually tell him 'oh you're sacked', he obviously knew with his facial expression.
Jimothy Posted 23 June 2013 Posted 23 June 2013 Oh right, they didn't actually tell him 'oh you're sacked', he obviously knew with his facial expression. well the news broke about 10 mins into the game, it would be pretty harsh to hold it from him and tell him live on air at half time!
Fox92 Posted 23 June 2013 Posted 23 June 2013 well the news broke about 10 mins into the game, it would be pretty harsh to hold it from him and tell him live on air at half time! Yeah I know, but that's what I thought everyone meant!
Stuliasz Posted 23 June 2013 Posted 23 June 2013 Its all a bit bizarre, the statement released at around 8pm, which was when he allegedly found out, says that "Gus Poyet has been informed today...". One of the parties isn't telling the whole truth.
Bobby Hundreds Posted 23 June 2013 Posted 23 June 2013 The guy took a Forrest on a floor. I'm surprised he's only just been canned.
Dickov22 Posted 24 June 2013 Author Posted 24 June 2013 I don't believe Gus Poyet. I reckon he knew about it as the club say they'd informed his lawyers. He's full of shit
Fox in the North Posted 24 June 2013 Posted 24 June 2013 I don't believe Gus Poyet. I reckon he knew about it as the club say they'd informed his lawyers. He's full of shit Definitely, throughout the whole saga poyet has been the one messing them about while they, from what I've seen, have played by the book. Though they might have decided to get their own back
Captain... Posted 24 June 2013 Posted 24 June 2013 I don't think it was a coincidence, he was ignoring them and not turning up for his disciplinary hearings, yet swanning around on the BBC rubbing their noses in it. It wouldn't surprise me if they thought fvck you, we'll release the statement while you are on the tv.
BHAFC Braders Posted 24 June 2013 Posted 24 June 2013 I don't believe Gus Poyet. I reckon he knew about it as the club say they'd informed his lawyers. He's full of shit Exactly my feelings towards the saga - and with this appeal this could drag on some time yet. Oh to be an underdog side again.
BHAFC Braders Posted 24 June 2013 Posted 24 June 2013 In relation to comments made by Gus Poyet on BBC Match of the Day last night, the club would like to point out that its disciplinary panel considered the matter on the afternoon of Friday 21st June and for most of Saturday 22nd June. The club spent much of Sunday 23rd June in discussion with Gus and his representatives. For legal reasons we cannot say anything about the content of those discussions but Gus was well aware, before he appeared on the BBC last evening, that his dismissal was pending. Given Gus has a right to appeal the decision to dismiss him, the club will not be making any further comment on this matter at this time. The clubs response.
Ozwin Posted 24 June 2013 Posted 24 June 2013 I think I speak for everyone here when I ask who did the poo?
