Beliall Posted 6 December 2013 Posted 6 December 2013 well, after a terrible season, i managed to finish 15th, 3 points from safety. in the play off mini league we played 4 , scored 7 and conceded 0. winning 3 games in the process, work that out! another year in the SA prem, probably my last season with Jomo, i doubt ill be renewing my contract

After that Newcastle win I was third in the league, I now sit 11th, as many points from third as I am from 18th. Smuts - how the hell are you getting players like Emre Can & Fierro? I've been given about £10mil over three seasons at Leicester. My biggest signing is Timo Horn (who is excellent by the way, tip for anyone who needs a GK). I've just brought Timo Horn for 3.5m (min release clause), was just about to confirm Begovic signing from Stoke for 3.8m as they had just been relegated and thought i'd check out Horn and see how much it'll cost. Also just brought Balante at CB and Ogenyi Onazi cm for my Southampton team, just about to start 2nd season. Still in need of a few wingers. Any suggestions for a winger or two but not too costly?

Came 2nd in the Championship behind Derby in my first season and been in the perm since. Just had my best season with 83 points (2nd), same as Man Utd... but they had +5 better goal difference than me! Still yet to win a cup!!!

I have Augustine allione? For my Southampton save, pretty sure he should be available for around 3million. He's consistent and been shit hot for me. I'd look at Brandt too. He's quality and if I remember he's a left mid. Can't go wrong with ince and our very own 'Tony K.

Dyer on fire - 9 goals in first 18 games (including 4 in first 2 games) , followed by Wood (5) and Knockaert (3). Fifth now, after 15 games. Blackburn and Brighton look nailed on for automatic promotion; City, Reading, QPR, Sheff Wed, Forest and Bournemouth battling it out. No cash though - any suggestions for January transfer window buys (preferably freebies)?

I've been really lucky, it appears he left Schalke for Bayern then spent a year or so in Bayern's second team which is why his price is so low. Think I've done really well in my first window with OM though.
Dan Posted 8 December 2013 Posted 8 December 2013 Goretzka is a fantastic player, or was on 13. One of the most complete midfielders I've ever managed. I've landed the Brentford job. Hilarious this. They came 20th in League One, stayed up on the final day and how they came that low is beyond me. They should easily be pushing the play-offs, and they've given me £1.6mil to spend. I want the title.

I've won the following: Scottish League One x 1 Scottish Championship x 1 Scottish Challenge Cup x 2 League Cup x 3 Scottish Cup x 5 Scottish Premiership x 4 Still trying to improve my European ranking as I'm always in Pot 4 for the Champions league, although this season I did manage to finish 2nd against PSG, AC Milan and Sporting Lisbon before being annihalated by Barca.

NewburyFox Posted 9 December 2013 Posted 9 December 2013 I managed to keep Wrexham up in our first season in League 1, primarily due to a change to a 4-2-3-1 system and a couple of good free transfers. Now after a summer of wheeling and dealing, we're ready to go in League 1 again, hopefully avoiding a relegation battle this time. This will be the 2018/19 season, and my 5th full season at the club. Enjoying the challenge, but I am getting linked with other jobs and if I get a chance at a decent Championship club, I may take it. Leicester have just finished bottom of League 1, they're in administration with £88m debt. Relegation to the conference could be on the cards!

Won 3 in 3. Only went and signed this fat bastard on a free too. First thing he does is score a 35 yard screamer in off the bar.
