Am I allowed to criticise?

No. Not according to these happy clapping bastards, the referee was our downfall and its as simple as that!

...in reality. Of course you are, we were shit!

It's not the criticism. I don't mean you in particular , it's just there seems to be those who will hide until we lose so they can share their views but when contested just get called Pearson lovers etc

Any thought out debate is worth it on the forum, but if all your after is 'yeah your right, you know the club and game of football better than everybody' then you won't get any luck with anybody tbh.

Come on Matt, you're really starting to sound like a broken record now.

Pretty much everyone that has been to the game will say that we didn't really deserve anything, but that doesn't mean that the referee wasn't absolutely terrible. Surely even you can admit that? There's no need to always have a holier than thou attitude. Just look at Pearson and Shakespeare at the end - that says exactly how bad it was. They never approach the ref to moan on the pitch.

Of course you're allowed to criticise and everyone else has a right to tell you, you're an idiot. Hope that's cleared things up for you.

Think you'll find that whilst most are questioning the ref's 'performance', they also acknowledge the fact that we didn't play well today and probably didn't deserve anything from the game anyway.

You can moan if you like. But it's boring

Just as people being blindly positive can also be boring. I'm all for reasoned debate but the whole argument between people being 'Pearson lovers' and the "anti-Pearson brigade' is frankly childish and also very boring. Yes, some don't like Pearson and his management style and other people admire what the guy has done. Either way you've got to be able to look at it from an open point of view and not be biased through any particular dislike or affection you have towards the guy. Today, you can criticise him for his negative approach but you can also see the point that Nige cannot plan for a sending off like there was in the match!

Yes, you can criticise but it can't be blind criticism just like it can't be blind optimism that all is rosy in the Leicester garden

You can yes, but what was wrong today you have not shared your opinion just moaned about those that realise 10 from 5 isn't too bad...

Yes, he did last week (which inspired a thread moaning about the performance, and in turn inspired this thread).

He might be happy one day.

You are entitled to your opinion, but it's a bit too early to be coming out with things like "pearson clueless" or "pearson out" I agree though i was confused by his tactics this afternoon. I also admit i thought Pearson should have gone after the Watford play off defeat but the season as started now and he's only lost one game so far and we're still in the play off positions.

Agreed.

But most are talking about the referee before addressing problems, our performance and our performance is all we can effect, don't get me wrong that doesn't mean referees should get away with it and I have admitted in the post match thread the referee was poor, very poor, but we were poorer, the sooner people admit and realise that, the better.

Let's look and admit what we can effect first,

Let's admit, even if the referee was spot on today, we wouldn't have won, instead of blame in the referee instead of blaming 'our' players.

Let's just be a lickle honest with ourselves, that's all i'm asking, it's quite simple, it's quite easy, the referee was poor, the referee was poor last week, but they didn't cause us to lose either game like people make out do they?

You're right, they never do, and people have admitted today that we didn't deserve to get anything. But there was still plenty of people that had a moan about the ref last week but that wasn't picked up on.

Yes it was.

Give and take by me.

And yes, last week, I called the referee a tool myself, and the referee today was a tool, but he wasn't to blame for us losing, however it was quite refreshing to see a referee be mention after we'd won last week for a change rather than simply blaming the referee when we lose!

Don't get me wrong, i'm not praising or sticking up for bad referee's, far from it, it's not right, but all I am asking is for people too look abit closer to home before blame or even mentioning the referee when we lose, after that, blame the referee, knock yourselves out!

Well that's fair enough. Just sometimes seems as soon as someone mentions anything about the ref you're on them like fly on shit.

As I've mentioned, most will say that we deserved nothing today and that's down to our poor performance.
