what do you think ?

moore for me is going to be absolute top drawer and tbh the way he is going i cant see us keeping him

but while he is here how do you rate him and morgan at the back compared to the rest of the championship ?

Moore loves the club so much, you can tell by his Interviews, celebrations etc.. so cant see him leaving unless its a top club.

The way they run at the ball fearlessly trying to get a block in never fails to amaze me.

I love the pairing, but making a statement like this at this stage is ridiculous.

A partnership full of potential but far from complete.

Bit early to as that yet. At the moment I would go for Hobbs and Wilson.

Would you actually be happy if we did a swap deal Moore and Morgan for Hobbs and Wilson?

liam has a lot to learn , who says he cant ? he is a very good defender but on the ball with little time he is still a bit nervous/uneasy , that will ease with more games and maturing . i wont judge him in any shape or form yet . hes got a bright future if he carries on the way he is progressing now . it brought a tear to my eye after he got back in position after scoring yesterday , he looked to the heavens , clenched his fists and said "yes" , i saw how much it meant to him .

Whilst Moore has had an amazing start lets not get ahead of ourselves and build him up too much, that can only lead to disappointment in the long run.

Let him continue what he's doing at the minute, and if he does that that'll be the best way for him to progress.

Gotta love M&M - quality partnership, whether they're the best or not I don't know! They're certainly up there though

With personal affections and bias aside, I would be. Just like I would be swapping James for Bridcutt and Vardy for Deeney. You don't become a plastic fan for acknowledging other sides players are better than your own.

Liam showed promise early last season. He has made a solid start to this.Like everyone I hope he maintains that form and becomes a fixture in a City defence the keeps plenty of clean sheets.Too early to say whether we have the best pairing,as the adage goes,....it's a marathon not a sprint.

They are good defenders but not so good on the ball as some others. Neither are very pacey either. It depends on the opponent really. Not many players will out muscle them.

I'm struggling to think of a better one, currently.

Whether they're the best or not doesn't matter too much, they're clearly up there, and don't think we could ask for more tbh.

I expect that Moore will have some patches this season of bad form/low confidence and that's when we'll see someone like the new guy or whitbread come back in.

We have the best defence in our division and the best goalkeeper - FACT!

The table would suggest that QPR, Leeds, Burnley and Brighton currently have a better defence than ours.
