Gallagher going out on loan?

I don't think Gally counts as a number here. I'd rather have some youth player or that Stefan guy on the wings.

Not sure what's happened to Smilijanic, he didn't play in the last U21 fixture but whether that's due to injury or he hasn't made the grade I don't know.

When he and Danns are gone we can finally wave goodbye to the overpaid contract nonsense era for good, I can't wait.

Certainly looks as if the money men have got things as sorted as they can if Danns does go out on loan. At least until January.

Nearly, still got SSL, not to mention Nugent, Kasper and konch.

Did one of them say he wasn't any good at penalties?!

That, putting a half decent cross in and the occasional stunning goal are basically all he was good at

Just SSL for me ...... It's fine to pay money to people playing, just not big money to the bench warmers.

To be fair all those whilst probably are overpaid, are actually contributing to the first team's success on occasions, the same cannot and won't be said for Raindrops and Gallagher.

Too true..And you can bet SSL will be out on loan as soon as he's fit enough. Some of the PNE fans seem very keen to have him back...Plus the other three all have contract expiry dates at the end of the season. There's going to be some serious negotiating going on early next year for those they want to keep!

It won't bother me if I am in the minority but PG added some quality in a positively average team before last year. I think that we have moved on now but I do not doubt his integrity and wish him well. With renewed energy he could do a decent job for PNE, for a year at least. As for Danns; I will not miss him but he was brought in to add some energy and bite but I believe that he lacks the quality to do a consistent job at this level. Good luck to them both.

Still on same money, thanks Sven

Nobody blames him for taking the wage on offer but the fact he hasn't given two shits since he signed the new contract shows the mark of the man. If he had any kind of pride he would have left at the end of last season to play regular football at a reduced wage.

Still if you and he think it is great to show absolutely no effort for his kings ransom he gets for his weekly wage then good for you.  Should keep it to yourself though as it just makes you come across as a bit of a knob.  I wonder if at the end of his career whether he will be able to look back and say he achieved everything he wanted in the game or be resigned to realising he never made the most of his undoubted ability due to his can't be arsed attitude...

There was no real need for that. It might well be a fact, but an unnecessary display. We get that you don't like the majority of fans on here or at the KP as they've criticised Gally's abilities or lack of show sometimes on the pitch, but flipping the bird, isn't going to endear him to the rest of us.

Not sorted yet anyway

I hope he does get his move, as if I was in his position I'd hope to want to play football, and do all I could to get it.

There is something remarkably pathetic about a grown man boosting about his lazy son in laws overly inflated and undeserved salary. Talk about living your life vicariously through others.

What a pitiable, sad and sole less individual
