St ledge injured again?!

Recommended Posts

can see Nige bringing in a CB n looking to sell him again like last season...hes been on borrowed time for 12 months or so

Even if St Ledger goes we don't need a CB

Do we not?

Wasilewski's contract is up, as is Whitbreads's and Morgan's (more than likely sign a new one) while Miquel's loan will expire... We might be light in that department again.

I meant if he went out on loan now or sold in January

I've been watching the match. It's not a head injury. Looked like a hammy strain, rather than a pull.

To be fair, they're the type of injuries footballers quite often get when coming back from a long-term injury.

He has spent a horrendous amount of time unavailable during his time here though!

St. Ledge needs to go.

He's ANOTHER highly overpaid, very average Sven signing. And his injury list is now, frankly, ridiculous.

Probably got repetetive strain injury from constantly lifting those pints of Guinness. Personally, I can't wait for the day when we rid ourselves of this parasite for good and get him off our wage bill and off our physio table. He's had about two or three good games in about three seasons. Time to go Sean, time to go.

No we've just got to wait for Cuddly Ken to come in here and give us all a pasting for daring to slag off his favourite player. There'll be a lot of mentions of everyone being plebs, how SSL is a class above anything else we've got and he's actually not on £20,000+ a week, but he's one of the most criminally underpaid players at the club. Kenneth, fill your boots.

And some teary eyed KF posts.

I like Ledge but we have better players in his position now and his wages are to high to stay as a backup.

Would certainly not put him in the same boat as Mills, Beckford etc

I'd put SSL, Danns, Mills and Beckford in the same boat, tow it out into the middle of the Channel, cut it adrift and shoot a few holes in it.

Hopefully he'll be so distraught he won't want to come back.

If SSL ever dissapears, check KF's basement. ..

lol.... Don't mince your words Rich!

However, don't forget the conversation we had... I'd be not at all surprised if Bolton turn the corner.

They'll probably do alright, but with players like that in their squad they're going to have the same problems that we did when they were in our squad - not good enough to sustain a top 6 push. I think the best Bolton can hope for at the minute is finishing 6th, and I'd say that's unlikely at the moment.

Feel sorry if he's got injured I saw him play in the u21's a few weeks back did ok, he always seems to be on the sick list, not his doing and can't blame him for the contract / pay he's on others in the game at fault for that.

He's the next (when Danns pisses off for good in January) who needs to go. Absolutely average defender and always was.

Is he?! lol

Speaks volumes about both.

I heard that the injury is a serious groin strain.

Apparently, it was sustained down at Cheltenham. It seems that he got a nasty kick from the Queen's horse.

I heard that he was rushing to place a bet at the last minute, but had had too many sherberts in the VIP lounge, went staggering out onto the race track and got hit by a flying hoof. Now he's set to become a feminist icon as they've got the idea that he did it deliberately as a tribute for the centenary of Emily Wilding Davison, the suffragette killed by the Queen's horse.

That's what I heard, anyway. But then I hear lots of things that aren't true. Friends say that I should get out more.
