Mike Oxlong Posted 4 December 2013 Posted 4 December 2013 Nigella should bring out a new cook book in which she seasons with coke rather than salt. Guaranteed best seller.
absolutelegend Posted 4 December 2013 Posted 4 December 2013 If she is so what, providing its for a bit of recreational use and shes not addicted I don't see the problem. Because it's illegal? Am I the only person that thinks people who admit to drug use should be punished by the law? Set an example.
Guest MattP Posted 4 December 2013 Posted 4 December 2013 Because it's illegal? Am I the only person that thinks people who admit to drug use should be punished by the law? Set an example. Nah, you wouldn't have enough courts to deal with it. You would set a precedent as well, everyone who admitted an illegal driving move, owning a dodgy DVD, illegallly downloading, admittiing hitting someone, cycling on the pavement, taking children out of school, dropping litter etc etc would all have to be called up as well. Would be chaos. 12 million people have tried an illegal drug in Britain.
Mike Oxlong Posted 4 December 2013 Posted 4 December 2013 I can't believe she's 53. Ridiculous. That number refers to inches round her chest not her age.
Samilktray Posted 4 December 2013 Posted 4 December 2013 12 million people have tried an illegal drug in Britain. 12 million people have had a good time then.
MC Prussian Posted 4 December 2013 Posted 4 December 2013 12 million people have had a good time then. ... and then the sensation simply vanished.
ADK Posted 4 December 2013 Posted 4 December 2013 Never tried drugs. Don't really see the point. Have mixed feeling on drugs.
purpleronnie Posted 4 December 2013 Posted 4 December 2013 Never tried drugs. Don't really see the point. Have mixed feeling on drugs. Me neither but it was down to complete naivety rather than through choice, I went to raves in the late 80's and their must of been tonnes of drugs around but I was blissfully unaware. Now I just feel if you need drugs to have a good time then that's quite sad.

purpleronnie Posted 4 December 2013 Posted 4 December 2013 Alcohol is a drug, nicotine is a drug. They aren't illegal ones. Stop being pedantic.
johnny the fox Posted 4 December 2013 Author Posted 4 December 2013 They aren't illegal ones. Stop being pedantic. Only because they can be taxed, they both do far more damage to people than any of the so called "hard " drugs you can name. fact.. no argument, not being pedantic or hypocritical..
Haydos Posted 4 December 2013 Posted 4 December 2013 Never tried drugs. Don't really see the point. Have mixed feeling on drugs. Do you drink? EDIT: Or do anything for fun?

ozleicester Posted 5 December 2013 Posted 5 December 2013 It's part of a court case. To be honest i dont really care but this is Media 101 for Saatchi. This (drug use) has apparently been going on unmentioned for years, but remarkably, just months after the man assaults her and has his reputation tarnished, these "reports" hit the media. Im just saying its no fluke. The celebrity cook said art dealer Charles Saatchi had threatened to "destroy her" if she did not give evidence in court and she feels there is a "witch hunt" against her. Ms Lawson said she believes Mr Saatchi had a mindset of "get her, I don't care what it takes" in relation to her and the current legal proceedings. http://news.sky.com/story/1177569/nigella-lawson-admits-having-used-cocaine

Bellend Sebastian Posted 5 December 2013 Posted 5 December 2013 I always find it intriguing when famous folk admit to having taken drugs during times of emotional turmoil, being in a 'dark place' or whatever, when the reality is surely that they took them because they've got shit loads of cash and were up for a laugh
pSinatra Posted 5 December 2013 Posted 5 December 2013 I always find it intriguing when famous folk admit to having taken drugs during times of emotional turmoil, being in a 'dark place' or whatever, when the reality is surely that they took them because they've got shit loads of cash and were up for a laugh I agree. It's not as if they're both doing a 50 hour week & are under a lot of pressure to pay the mortgage & put food on the table. They've got a squillion quid in the bank, he sells a couple of paintings & she makes the occasional tv programme & flogs a few books. May as well liven things up with a few lines & a bifta. She uses drugs recreationally & he's a wife beater. What's worse? It does seem that he's mud slinging & that she's the one on trial. The 2 sisters thieving £1/2 million has got lost in his attempts to discredit her reputation.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 13 December 2013 Posted 13 December 2013 I'm beginning to wonder if Nigella and Charles aren't wishing that they had just let the money go. It could well be that the two sisters took the money, but maybe they did so hoping that the dirt they had on them would ensure they wouldn't touch them. Anyway... http://youtu.be/3yL1_0u8td0
Webbo Posted 20 December 2013 Posted 20 December 2013 Two of Nigella Lawson and Charles Saatchi's former aides were today found not guilty of defrauding the celebrity couple of nearly £700,000. It follows a three-week trial in which the court heard astonishing allegations that Miss Lawson snorted cocaine and smoked cannabis. Italian sisters Elisabetta and Francesca Grillo used company credit cards to spend £685,000 on items for themselves including designer shoes and clothes. They maintained throughout that the spending had been authorised.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 20 December 2013 Posted 20 December 2013 So it was generally decided that Nigella snorted it all away and decided to blame the staff? Bet her dad is proud!
LestaFox92 Posted 20 December 2013 Posted 20 December 2013 Jesus, her and a mother banging a few down and getting upto all snorts. Golddust if anyone had a video. Fixed it.
