foxes_rule1978 Posted 20 July 2014 Posted 20 July 2014 Rosberg leads by virtue of Hamilton having 3 failures to rosbergs 1, otherwise Hamilton would be quite far ahead of Rosberg had it been the other way round. Coming up to some tracks that Hamilton loves so I can see the 14 point gap coming down quickly.

Coming up to some tracks that Hamilton loves so I can see the 14 point gap coming down quickly. Well goes without saying that if Rosberg had had more failures than Hamilton, the Hamilton would be in the lead, but I see what you're saying, Hamilton would be further than 14 ahead. I just want to see them race, rather than one winning because the others car keeps breaking. When they have raced, Hamilton has won easily. Rosberg must know that, he's got to know in the back of his mind that with the same equipment he's second best.
BlueSi13 Posted 20 July 2014 Posted 20 July 2014 How on earth did the safety car not come out when Sutil's car was sat in the middle of the pit straight for about three laps?
foxes_rule1978 Posted 20 July 2014 Posted 20 July 2014 How on earth did the safety car not come out when Sutil's car was sat in the middle of the pit straight for about three laps? Strange one, I can only guess it being a German GP and Rosberg leading by quite a lot that they tried to not make it difficult for him. Hamilton would have been on the much faster tyre and more than likely took 1st had it come out

foxes_rule1978 Posted 20 July 2014 Posted 20 July 2014 I couldn't help but think that was the reason, however isn't the decision down to Charlie Whiting? I think they took every measure to avoid a safety car, usually I would have expected a safety car with a car stopping on track and other cars having to run wide to avoid it...
foxes_rule1978 Posted 26 July 2014 Posted 26 July 2014 Lewis Hamilton is the most unluckiest guy in sport, far better than Rosberg but nothing is going right for him. If Rosberg wins the title it will not be down to him being the better driver
DennisNedry Posted 26 July 2014 Posted 26 July 2014 This is getting stupid now. I can't begin to think how pissed off Hamilton is. I'm really angry just sitting here. Rosberg is being handed the WDC. **** this, I'm not even watching the rest of this shit.

BlueSi13 Posted 26 July 2014 Posted 26 July 2014 Not even funny anymore. So after a week where Red Bull revealed that Mercedes want Vettel to join them in order to create a 'German national team on four wheels' (even though the team is 95% British) this happens, just leave Lewis, come home and re-join McLaren or another REAL F1 team like Ferrari or Williams, not a shithouse amateur outfit like Mercedes who are just in it short-term for marketing gain who will leave as soon as things begin to turn against them (which is the nature of F1). Joke. Rosberg has only beaten Hamilton once in a fair fight , in Austria Was that the race where Hamilton's pit stops were consistently 1-2s slower than Rosbergs?

Legend_in_blue Posted 26 July 2014 Posted 26 July 2014 Controversy follows this sport everywhere. This is more than bad luck, it's fast becoming an orchestrated setup.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 26 July 2014 Posted 26 July 2014 If I was Rosberg I would be somewhat embarrassed, only 14 ahead with everything going my way and Hamilton getting no luck ...
Amin Posted 26 July 2014 Author Posted 26 July 2014 That's the low point for Ferrari and Raikkonen. They better pick it up for Spa, I'm not paying hundreds of pounds to see Kimi pissing around in 15th place.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 26 July 2014 Posted 26 July 2014 Announcement just in Hamilton will start every race from the back of the grid, this is to improve the excitement of the sport...
DennisNedry Posted 26 July 2014 Posted 26 July 2014 Mercedes conspiracy? What have they got to lose by screwing Hamilton over? They'll still walk to the Constructors Championship, and they'll have a German Drivers Champion.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 26 July 2014 Posted 26 July 2014 Can't take this anymore so I'm not going to watch F1... just makes me angry every weekend, and seeing Rosberg smile and celebrate a muted victory does my head in
isaidno Posted 26 July 2014 Posted 26 July 2014 Rosberg lucky again , without the red flag he would have started p10
iamafox Posted 26 July 2014 Posted 26 July 2014 Hamilton is experiencing what Raikkonen went through in 2005. The McLaren was amazingly quick that year but suffered from numerous reliability problems, which meant he lost out to Alonso in the title race. Funnily enough, Hamilton and Rosberg are racing for the same team but why is bad luck happening to one driver and not the other?
foxes_rule1978 Posted 26 July 2014 Posted 26 July 2014 Rosberg lucky again , without the red flag he would have started p10 We need rain tomorrow for Hamilton but Rosberg might not start pole, the rain can change things. But yes like in Monaco he comes off and gets lucky again. Just unreal really...
Nick Posted 26 July 2014 Posted 26 July 2014 Funnily enough, Hamilton and Rosberg are racing for the same team but why is bad luck happening to one driver and not the other? Karma?
