Russell sprout Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 It was confirmed to me last week by the ticket office that the 2544 was our full allocation,and no tickets would be availible on the night,however,my father in law who's a forest fan said that they were told there would be no tiks on day but there was when they played there a few weeks back,like many he said they need the money. We had a home game on Saturday so it's not like people couldn't get to the ground. No excuses that you couldn't "get" one. Fair enough if you had commitments that didn't pan out and you then could've gone to the game but there was plenty available on Friday.
FrankieADZ Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 on the whole pay at the gate thing, Im guessing(probably is) a lack of clear communication between certain people at the clubs. either way, its done and dusted now, as said I think if you want to go to an away game, keep an eye on the date you can order...then do so that day as soon as the phoneline/ticket office opens.

That's why you tend to find a lot of our away ticket sales skyrocket on the Saturday because it's a convenient time to get a ticket. I usually get mine on a Saturday after the game or order online.

Foxes1 Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 One of the points people have to bear in mind is we cannot always get time off work. I usually finish between 3 and 6 o'clock at night, so cannot always know if I can get to away games in the evening until the day of the game hence I would have liked to pay on the night at Birmingham.
