LCFC_FAN_1995 Posted 2 January 2014 Posted 2 January 2014 For me.. Kasper Moore - Wasyl - Morgan - Miquel De Laet - DD - James - Knockaert Vardy - Nugent
THEBIGJOHNSTEADER; Posted 2 January 2014 Posted 2 January 2014 Bumped into Tony Pulis at a DJ LUCK and MC NEAT gig last night and he said this Stoke side are there for a shafting. He said "With a little bit of Schlupp you can make it through the tie"
Haydos Posted 2 January 2014 Posted 2 January 2014 dont belive in all this 'we need to concentrate on the league' a good cup run is always good for morale, these players are paid that much so they can handle a few games in a week Concentrating on the league is a completely different reason than we play 50-60 games a year and most players WILL need resting at some point, especially over this busy period.
dog_4 Posted 2 January 2014 Posted 2 January 2014 Schmeichel Moore Morgan Wesilekski Miquel De Laet Hammond King Schlupp Vardy Taylor Fletcher
Guest ttfn Posted 2 January 2014 Posted 2 January 2014 As long as Harry Worley starts in central midfield we should run out comfortable winners
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 2 January 2014 Posted 2 January 2014 We should try our utmost to win this game like any other . Success breeds success However I'm sure a couple of players will be rested
Finnaldo Posted 2 January 2014 Posted 2 January 2014 As shown against Millwall we have 2 capable teams to play. We should easily be able to go all out seeing as the Millwall team have only played one game this far.
foxfanazer Posted 3 January 2014 Posted 3 January 2014 Hopefully play a similar team to the Millwall game. Schlupp or Waghorn in for Nuge though. Would be nice to win but please just don't draw!
Dickov22 Posted 3 January 2014 Posted 3 January 2014 Wouldnt usually be so bothered about a game such as this; promotion is so important, and there's been so many games recently that I worry about fatigue in certain key players: Nugent, Drinkwater, Knockaert, Dyer, Vardy to name a few. However, some idiot I work with is a Stoke fan and has been emailing me all week suggesting this is Leicester's 'cup final'. Never seen such unwarranted arrogance. I've explained to him that Stoke are no bigger than ourselves, and that a 'cup final' for us would more likely be a game such as Man Utd away, Aresnal away etc. He views the fact that as Stoke are in the Premiership, they automatically are a huge scalp for us. He couldnt even name more than 4 of our players. Such is the arrogance of Premiership fans so it seems. I'm absolutely desperate for us to win. The thought of losing is almost unbearable. For that reason alone, I'd be devastated to arrive at that awful freezing cold stadium tomorrow and see someone like Waghorn start. I pray we put out a strong side, because I'd love us to show him and the rest of the Premiership what a good side we are. I'd like to see Vardy in particular start - he's had a short break, and they have absolutely no pace. Him with GTF would be my front two. Dyer and Nugent need a rest, so I'd also play Schlupp on the left. I dont think we have a weak back 4, so I'm not bothered which 4 NP picks. Maybe give King another start also. Looking forward to this!

Looking forward to this! I think we proved to the premiership how good we are when we beat Fulham (bigger club than stoke). He just sounds like a ****, would be even more satisfying if our second string beat them

He just sounds like a ****, would be even more satisfying if our second string beat them He didnt even know we'd beaten Fulham. Says it all. Just read that we've sold out whereas they have loads of tickets left. Hopefully they will play a second string too. By the way, did anyone see Jermaine Pennant on New Years Day? Don't know if this has been mentioned before but in all seriousness I think he was involved in some kind of match fixing. Committed so many fouls late on, then a double foul for the penalty which looked completely on purpose. It was like he was either desperately trying to get booked, or desperately trying to help Everton to score to draw the match
Happy Fox Posted 3 January 2014 Posted 3 January 2014 Rob Tanner â€@RobTannerMerc9m Schmeichel is an injury concern for tomorrow. He has a hand injury and will be assessed. #lcfc

AndWhat? Posted 3 January 2014 Posted 3 January 2014 Conrad Logan last minute penalty save to keep the score 4-3 to Leicester. You heard it here first.
Cincinnati Fox Posted 3 January 2014 Posted 3 January 2014 Looks stoke fans don't care about tomorrow's game http://oatcakefanzine.proboards.com/thread/224649/cup-stoke-leicester-match-thread http://oatcakefanzine.proboards.com/thread/224648/any-care-cup
Leicester_Numan Posted 3 January 2014 Posted 3 January 2014 This is the best of both worlds, great confidence booster if we win, doesn't matter if we lose as we're not really expected to win and we've got more important things to concentrate on anyway. It'd be hilarious to win with a clean sheet if Logan is in goal though
muzzycomeback Posted 3 January 2014 Posted 3 January 2014 As long as Harry Worley starts in central midfield we should run out comfortable winners I know His brother curly.
nativefox Posted 3 January 2014 Posted 3 January 2014 I haven't felt like this for a while (well ages actually) but I'm really not going to lose any sleep at all if we don't make it to the fourth round. Only one priority this season and it ain't a run in the FA Cup. Can't remember the last time I felt so non plussed about a match.
kylestyle06 Posted 3 January 2014 Posted 3 January 2014 I see the game tomorrow as a distraction and ball ache.
ADK Posted 3 January 2014 Posted 3 January 2014 I'm worried we'll win. Hopefully operation Conrad will be a success.
Winnershfox Posted 3 January 2014 Posted 3 January 2014 Actually feel that i can relax tomorrow. Good opportunity to play fringe players plus give Conrad Logan a run out too.
