Quite an interesting debate in the thread "Benefits street"

And it poses a very long winded yet interesting view from all supporters. we all agree and disagree, but it got me thinking.

What government do you support?

And what will you vote at the next opportunity?

I support conservatives.

Apologies if this has already been done, could not find it.

You got any good chants? Who's your best player?

Can't you stick to the football forum?

Don't encourage him to post in there!

I don't support political parties. I support political ideologies. So the question is a bit meaningless.

It's kinda hard to vote for an idea though. A better question would be who would you vote for if the election was tomorrow?

I'm the Congolese government. Might be the French one next week though.

I supported the Soviets but been a bit unsure who to follow since they folded due to financial iregulatorys.

Maybe you weren't around in the 80's talk about a welfare state it was much worse back then under Tory my friend benefits were given without checks and no effort was needed to find work. The government is a reflection on society, and so now we have an ignorant and spiteful populace where poverty and lack of opportunity can be sneered at.

I like the Indian one. They have such a lovely parliament building.

Labour. Although only because a general election can be broken down into a binary choice between keeping the present government and electing the opposition. I consider a change of government the least worst option. This is my last serious post in this thread.

Don't think you're embracing the thread, there are still loads of good governments to pick, nobody's even glanced at China yet.
