MrSpaM Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 Although it's a bit of a nothing story, and it's good to see players want to play, he could have at least clapped the fans as he was coming off. We were all standing there singing his name and he didn't even look at us!
kane Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 he walked off to a standing ovation but didnt applaud the fans didnt shake hands with mahrez and argued with shakey however at the end he did come over to the fans and applaud , he obviously just wants to play so no big deal eieieio
cjslcfc Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 Watched the whole thing from where I was standing. We were starting to make our sub and Knocky begins to walk towards the subs because he reckons he is coming off. Shakey looks at him and basically gestures to go to the other wing, which Lloyd obviously saw and meant that Lloyd himself was going off. He stood there briefly hands on hips basically displaying the sort of "why the fook am I coming off when I've been playing better than him" attitude. Still he reluctantly walked off. Didn't really acknowledge mahrez which was poor and Shakey did put his arm round him and give him a talking to. Put it this way, our management team and players have had far far worse things to deal with or respond to while they've been here!!
Silverdaz Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 We as fans need to show Lloyd our love like we do for Knockaert, I get the feeling he is feeling a bit unloved at moment

MrSpaM Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 Ermmm no one sang his name as I recall  Ermmm, yeh we did
Bert Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 Ermmm no one sang his name as I recallWe certainly did.
Babylon Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 Lloyd Dyers having a mardy, Bring your handbags big time Charlie. Ha ha spot on!!!
Dickov22 Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 Ermmm no one sang his name as I recall Yes we did
Marmite Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 It made sense to take him off. We were playing well, pretty much had the game wrapped up and he needs a rest for Saturday. We cant keep playing our best players for 90 minutes every game otherwise they will get burnt out.Â
HEGGSY Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 Ermmm no one sang his name as I recallReally? We were most definitely signing his name as he went off.
Bluetintedspecs Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 I'd be far more concerned if Lloydy wasn't disappointed being subbed! I'm sure NP will have given him a cuddle and told him it was purely tactical to save his legs as the pitch was heavy.........then headbutted him.
Ross 'LCFC' Turner Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 I'm all for showing a bit of passion but not even acknowledging your own teammate made him look stupid. Â
Dickov22 Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 As he was walking towards Shakey he put his arms out to kind of say "why me". Like I said. This is a nothing story, something out of nothing. He dissed my Shakey?! How dare he!
Carl the Llama Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 Â Â Lloyd Dyer having a tantrum? No. (Well maybe for half a minute.) Â /Close thread.
shade Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 No. (Well maybe for half a minute.) Â /Close thread. Â "/" negates the need for the word close, so you are effectively closing closing the thread, therefore keeping it open!

Spiritwalker Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 Ermmm no one sang his name as I recall Was one of the loudest songs of the night as Lloyd came off. Â On a plus note he probably wasted about 2mins coming off. Â Just for the record I don't think he was playing better than Knocky at the time, they were both playing well, if anything Knocky was a little busier defensively.
