Leicester_Numan Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Are the Watford fans not staging an invasion this time round? Even the sensible Superhorns seems to have disappeared.
suffolk fox Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 These are a different side from last season. If you were to take Vydra and Chalobah out of anyone's starting xi in this division it would make a difference. Thank god he's not around to do this again. Chalaboah is still around, he was atbFlorist but I do believe he is now at Middlesborough.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Initial numbers indicate not that many, and those that are going aren't very loud, so they are going to bus in a load of Udinese ultras for the rest of the season to make up the numbers and add some quality.Very good
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Tickets obtained today for the Udiford game (Watdinese) bloody criminal prices though
Iwan is a Welshman Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Chalaboah is still around, he was atbFlorist but I do believe he is now at Middlesborough. I know, I was surprised he didn't have as much impact at Forest. Probably because of their "let's sign everyone we can and hope it works" policy (very much like us under Sven.) I imagine Karanka will make the most of him. If Boro don't push for the Play-Offs this season I can see them being challenging for them next year.
ty fox Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 I have a feeling mahrez will start as it's a great playing surface and Lloyd has played a lot of games. Mahrez with two goals vardy and nugent 4-1 city
Manwell Pablo Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Quietly confident about this game. Watford aren't in any real danger of going down and if they want to make a late season push for the play offs they need to start putting the points on the board so hopefully they'll try and win the game which will suit us. To clear up a few myths their defense is far from "awful" or "slow" it is pretty average for this division, I know they shipped 4 live on TV and we put three past them but this is far from the norm for the Watford back four. We're certainly capable of hitting two or three past them should we play like we have been though it would be hard for any team to live with us at the KP if we play like we have done so far this year at home. Sannino would not inspire me with massive confidence if I was a Watford fan and I'm not sure he knows what his best team is. EDIT: Put this in completely the wrong thread Someone shift it to Watford pre match

One Legged Beaver Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Much more confident going into this game than I was for either Birmingham and Bournemouth. Therefore 1-2...

THEBIGJOHNSTEADER; Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 I wish I was just nursing a bit of a scruffy mop, some of us haven't wiped our actual arseholes since before the QPR match. Been doing some really crusty farts
Haydos Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Bad luck, complaceny or an extremely good performance from them are the only things that will screw it up for us. If we play even fairly well we should win this. Would be nice to deal out a hammering though.
ealingfox Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Going for 5-0, a perfect hatrick from Knockaert (diving header, 35-yard screamer with the left and another wing pigeon air with the right) bookended by two Nugent penalties, controversially won by Knockaert. Deeney to be sent off at 3-0.

TheUltimateWinner Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Thinking a Knockaert brace, including a goal straight from kick off. Watford players will shout to Almunia 'HE'S GOING TO SHOOT' whilst Knocky stands over the center spot. Referee blows his whistle and it's a thunderbolt, hits Almunia square on in the chest and fires him and the ball into the goal. For the celebration Knocky runs into the Away Stand and sets off a pyro, which incidentally gets thrown into the family stand causing the match to be abandoned.
Guest Col city fan Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Looking forward to this game. Not because its Watford. They are a tinpot club and all this rivalry between us and them is bollox. God knows why people have gotten so worked up by their fans since the play-offs. No, I'm hoping for a good game, a good win and then beers at the Bobby Peel to celebrate how good we are.

billyn88 Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 As much as I'd have liked to have said I was the bigger man back in November and didn't particularly care about beating Watford, that would have been a bare faced lie. I felt privileged to be there and see Knockaert knock in the second before rapturous celebrations among players and fans. Probably my favourite moment of the season so far. However, this is different, for me there's no more residual feeling from the game last season, this is all about getting the job done. If we turn up and we don't get unlucky, we will win, simple as that. We won't thrash them though, I'd go for a solid 2-0.
