Effectively you down a beer, video it and post it on FB and "nek nominate" 2 others to do the same. People would do elaborate videos and try and out do each other. It's just a fad it lasted a week and then it's not been heard of since.

You're meant to do it within 24 hours, I delayed mine for 5 days and my mates kept pestering me to do it, including one flog who kept abusing me to do it. Eventually when i was out and already well on my way i just did it. Wasn't that difficult considering i was already out.
