Do you see his tactical nous or his man management as more important to our success? Combination of the two. You can't say, what's better someone's dribbling or finishing, they may both be as important to that player. Most interesting tactical change for Nigel for me has been ditching the 3 at the back BUT he'd play it again if he thought it was best for that game
