justfoxes Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 According to football direct news.com then yes. http://www.footballdirectnews.com/premier-league-news/41735-arsenal-defender-could-make-leicester-switch.php#.UxDPo4Xn8gSall I'd be happy if he joins us on pernament deal and I reckon he'll be a quality Premiership CB one day. What do you guys think ? Quality I'll keep him in a foxes shirt any day a great addition to the squad if it happens !!
justfoxes Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 This isn't just a crap source, it's a notoriously crap source What like totally insipid brown sauce the one you get at motorway service stations !! So definitely not HP then !! ??
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 Could turn out to be quality player in a couple of years. I would take him if the opportunity arose.
Buzzell Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 Crap source but if it's true I'd be very happy with this. Has the potential to become a very good player.
Hungry Hungry Fox Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 Could be decent for the future I suppose Doubt we will buy him though, arsenal might want to keep him and we will need more experience if we get promoted
TJB-fox Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 If Arsenal wanted him they wouldve tied him down by now, bring him in. His technique on the ball/distribution would be handy in the prem
Hungry Hungry Fox Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 If Arsenal wanted him they wouldve tied him down by now, bring him in. His technique on the ball/distribution would be handy in the prem A totally unproven And inexperienced CB in the prem, yep good move
TJB-fox Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 But, I might loan him out to a Championship club, to improve his physicality. I'd prefer him to Michael Keane if im honest, could be a class footballer
TJB-fox Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 A totally unproven And inexperienced CB in the prem, yep good move what a short-sighted pleb you are. Liam Moore was relatively untested but we gave him a chance this year and look at him now!
Guest Col city fan Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 I'd be very happy to keep this lad. I've a feeling he's only going to get better. Our whole defence this season is such an improvement over last year.
sylofox Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 If we buy in any position we should be looking for better if we go up. A player that can't hold down a place in the championship is not a player we need. Next season we need to improve on our first team now push first teamers back. Not bring in maybe's and subs. We get one shot if we go up and we need to have a stronger first choice team not a strong bench. that will come from pushing players out the first team. We can't be loyal to the players that took us up if we want to survive. Vardy Nuge Dyer Knonch and praps Wes are all players we will need to replace. Vardy and Nuge are the two main ones for me as much as they have got us up they don't score enough. Vardy's work rate is great if we get in a scorer he can supply if not he will be a bench man. Nuge needs more goals from free play (can't fault him but he needs to step it up some) Dyer once his pace don't work has very little. Konch no pace but qute at this level won't work in the prem. Big Wes great player at this level but lacks speed. (praps why no prem side has come in for him) Liam Moore we will all have to see.

People are saying he would be a good future prospect if signed not that he should walk into the side if we are in the prem. I would be suprised if we didn't sign a top class CB of we went up
LCCFox96 Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 A good prospect. He's only played 10 games for us so we can't really give a fair reflection. He's clearly got some, thing having been in Barca's academy and then moved to Arsenal. I think he needs to take a step down now to aid his development. If NP can get him really going then he could be good for us. He's also a left sided centre back which many have been craving. And if it's for free...yes please.
fuchsntf Posted 28 February 2014 Posted 28 February 2014 Why would we want him? Taking it that we go up we need players for the first team not players for the bench. If he was playing everyweek and ripping it up fine but he ain't. Be a waste of money for me if he can't hold down a place in the championship he ain't a prem player. Waste of money IMO he was carrying a nighling injury for awhile. NP might see him as a future investment. He is only 21 there might be more to him than what the fans at the moment are seeing.I am not sure but doesnt he have contract connections to Arsenal. I thought I had read an interview he did, saying he would like to show Mr Wenger, that he can play a role at Leicester, and despite his injury he agreed to make his recovery at Leicester, then prove to NP he is worth a start. I surely didnt dream it...
ballso Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 can't really understand anyone who says they wouldn't take him, especially if he is available on a free. he went from barcelona to arsenal, and you can't get a much better football education than that, for me. plus, he's still young and he'd get better, especially under the tutelage of pearson.definitely worth a punt, i reckon!
Callabinho Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 I've not seen him have a crap game yet, so I don't know where that's come from.....I'd say he's been steady when he's played.

I surely didnt dream it... I very good technical player that will become a decent prem player! He's not quite ready to become a regular at the moment but will be next year IMO. Look at the difference with Vardy this term?! I'm confident the couching staff have a long term plan with this boy. I would be very pleased if we signed him.
artursteppe Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 Absolute no brainer, i think he will be class in years to come, but even if that doesn't happen, at the moment there is every chance he will. No transfer fee - grab him Nige, now!
Crinklyfox Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 Happy to trust NP judgement. If he thinks the lad can develop into a Premiership quality defender, and he's played with a few, then let's sign him up. If he's on a free all the better, we won't have a bottomless pit of cash to spend on players for next season.
Alex_LCFC Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 A totally unproven And inexperienced CB in the prem, yep good move as well as Liam Moore, Morgan?? Drinkwater, James, knockaert, mahrez, vardy, dyer, wood etc ??
Blanesta Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 I'd take him, he could be one for the future! Plus if big nige wants him I would trust his judgement.
Tom's Pasta Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 Until we seem him in a run of games we won't see what he's really made of. But so far he looks promising
Ric Flair Posted 1 March 2014 Posted 1 March 2014 Hardly played but when he has he's been solid. If he's happy to play a bit part role then I'd sign him again but I reckon we'll have better quality than Miquel coming in anyway.
