See, thats just silly. Kasper hardly made a save, so only 9 for him. Other than that, spot on.

Kasper 6 - Had nothing to do apart from make a save from a shot that was going wide.

RDL 7 - Had a bit of slow start, didn't get as forward as much tonight. Disciplined performance.

Schlupp 8 - Quality. Got forward well, and defended well. Hasn't put a foot wrong since he's came in.

Morgan 8 - Solid as ever.

Wasyl 7 - Think he was beaten in the air pretty much every time by O'Grady but was otherwise fine.

Knocky 8 - Always wanted the ball, at times wanted to do everything himself but he was class. A great assist for the third and put in a grey shift when we didn't have the ball.

Mahrez 7 - Grew into the game as it went on. A lovely flip-flap in the second which lead to him completely having their full backs pants down.

Drinky 9 - Everything went through him. He played well so we did. Has a terrific engine on him, couldn't miss with his finish but was in the right place.

James 8 - Loving this midfield partnership. He lets Drinky play and picks up the scraps. Also drives us forward at times. Deceptively quick.

Vardy 9 - 2 goals (should've been 3) which were both great finishes in their own right, and an assist too. He's unplayable at the minute.

Nugent 8 - Another assist and did ever so well in the build up to the second. Probably should've scored but still contributed well.

Subs: None of them made any real impact. Nice for them to get some pitch time but once they'd came on it was a matter of seeing the game out.

It was definitely Mahrez. Other than that, solid write up.

 

I thought RDL gave our best (or at least joint best with Wes) defensive performance tonight - nice to see he can be disciplined when needed.

 

Men against boys all round really. Superb.

Whats the ratio of saves to goals the last 5 games?  I bet City have scored more goals that Kasper has had saves.

My mistake then. I was certain it was Knocky. Was right at the back of stand though. lol

Just to disagree with you some more; Drinky's finish was really well taken. Waited for it perfectly and cleverly steered in it.

Whats the ratio of saves to goals the last 5 games?  I bet City have scored more goals that Kasper has had saves.

According to the BBC match reports, Barnsley had 0 shots on target, Charlton and Ipswich had 1, Forest had 6 and Watford had 3. That's a total of 11 shots on target against us in the past 5 games, and we've scored 13 in that time...

 

Edit: Some of those shots on target could've been blocked by a defender, and Schemichel conceded 4

I know its lazy of me but its got to be 9 and 10's all round, we really were brilliant tonight, if I had one word to sum up our performance it would be - dominant.

De Laet 8 Class from him. So quick in the tackle

Schlupp 8 As above. No one can get past him. He has something special, I think

Wasilewski 7.5 Solid

Knockaert 9 Ansolutely everywhere. Tries so hard, brave, always wants the ball, tried to create. Fantastic

Drinkwater 8.5 Getting forward much more lately. As usual, class

James 8 Brilliant again

Mahrez 8 lovely assist. How skilful!

Nugent 7.5 Played well. Links up so well with Vardy

Vardy 9 Would get a ten if he didn't miss the one on one. Running out of things to say about him. Love him. He's developed a real coolness infront of goal the last few weeks.
