Jakemoore Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 Bought my tickets today! And I'll be up for the Donnie match!! Not bad for a Londoner!
Jakemoore Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 Im in sk1 n my mates jus tried to get some there too and said almost sold out there. Gota be 30k plus Yeah, when i looked there was under 100 left! I still managed to get third row from the back though
Foxhateram Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 Well I shall hopefully be joining the city massive for a Tuesday night party! This has fallen perfectly for me! We are going up, say we are going up!
lcfc1994 Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 You can print them or collect them at the ground mate. Cheers, lcfc direct is taking forever atm though.
howlinmadmurfdoc Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 I got two tickets on the back row of sk1 yesterday morning.
lcfc1994 Posted 6 April 2014 Posted 6 April 2014 what do you need with you to collect them from the ticket office? like id or reference number? not bought tickets this way before.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 6 April 2014 Posted 6 April 2014 Surely this will be 29-30'000 ish at least. Always a lot of tickets lost re segregation and Brighton fans not selling theirs etc
ozleicester Posted 6 April 2014 Posted 6 April 2014 You shouldnt be allowed in UNLESS you are wearing these...
melrose Posted 6 April 2014 Posted 6 April 2014 Irritates the hell out of me that an extra 4000 fans will most likely appear on Tuesday night. Where were they yesterday? I was washing my hair! Loyal supporter
Danizen Posted 6 April 2014 Posted 6 April 2014 what do you need with you to collect them from the ticket office? like id or reference number? not bought tickets this way before. There's a white trailer in front of the West Stand. All you need to give them is your name and first line of address.
steveherbe Posted 6 April 2014 Posted 6 April 2014 Irritates the hell out of me that an extra 4000 fans will most likely appear on Tuesday night. Where were they yesterday? Not everyone can make every game, surely you understand that? Or do you think the same 24000 go every week? City have probably been seen by 70, 000 different people this season - city fans that is - and of course as many of that 70, 000 want to be there for big games. I mean, I could ask were you at Yeovil on a wet tuesday night - I was, so I'm a better fan.Not looking for confrontation mate, just saying..... Too good a weekend for an arguement.
jockkkk Posted 6 April 2014 Posted 6 April 2014 Irritates the hell out of me that an extra 4000 fans will most likely appear on Tuesday night. Where were they yesterday? I work in the sports industry every match day and live in Leeds so yesterday I was at work - does that answer your question adequately? Attending a match involves train fare which is more than the ticket price and losing a shift at work so it's a double whammy cash wise. For two of us to attend a match I'm looking at around £140 (inc my lost shift) and that's before a burger or programme so let's call it £150. I don't have the spare money to do that and my employer will understandably be unhappy. On a general note I can't help but shake my head and actually get really hacked off at the self righteous fans who are popping up left, right and centre spouting on about 'plastic fans' who only raise their heads during our recent success. I've made it to two matches this season 'Boro away and SW away. I might make is to Bolton and Doncaster but you know what, it's irrelevant. Every week my heart and attention rests with Leicester. And whilst it's no one's business I can't help but point out that I have afforded/lived in Leicester during one season to hold a ST....when we were in League 1. Glamour my ar$e but I loved every second of it, loved our Championship years and will love our time in the top tier. If I wanted to be a plastic fan I'd support Man City or Celtic (I'm Glaswegian), not Leicester, a club lacking money and glamour. But it's my club and I will do my very best to attend something towards the end of the season. Not because there's a bandwagon I'm desperate to hitch a lift on but because I am a fan and I want to have the chance to enjoy a night like the one when we lifted the League 1 cup. I would love to go on Tuesday but the last train back to Leeds is too late. Let's please stop the one-upmanship, it's unnecessary and serves to do little more than put your fellow fans down. PS - anyone driving back to Leeds on Tuesday?
Larry_LCFC Posted 6 April 2014 Posted 6 April 2014 Im not having a dig at specific fans and I don't like this whole loyal/plastic bollocks. People cant go to every match because of work, money etc. My point was we have a lot more than 29000 fans. If we ever went to Wembley, there would be a mass scramble for 40000 tickets and 1000's would probably be left disappointed. On the biggest home match of the season thus far, it should have been a home sellout and the place should have been bouncing. Why is it we can suddenly fill it on Tuesday just because we are "officially" promoted? The Sheff Wed game made that possible. Just annoys me, that's all - not looking for an argument.
Jakemoore Posted 6 April 2014 Posted 6 April 2014 Can't wait for this! Just cut up 60 blue and white sheets of tissue paper ready for kick off
lestajigs Posted 6 April 2014 Posted 6 April 2014 Anyone know how many sold?? Cannot wait for this, this win should wrap up the tittle really
promised land Posted 6 April 2014 Posted 6 April 2014 Can't wait for this! Just cut up 60 blue and white sheets of tissue paper ready for kick off Crepe paper flys better. or a Sporting Blue. On a side note, Just seen that Barclays advert where he says 'to the millions of fans', with the old Everton fan and the Man City one on the bus. That'll be us next season that will. Come on.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 6 April 2014 Posted 6 April 2014 Anyone know how many sold?? Cannot wait for this, this win should wrap up the tittle reallyNot sure how many already sold Jigsy but surely should be almost a sell out bar a few Brighton return and segregation etc
Larry_LCFC Posted 6 April 2014 Posted 6 April 2014 What is the section in the away end that is segregated off in itself? Is it still that mixed nonsense? Always looks empty so surely they can sell it to home fans if necessary.
AKCJ Posted 6 April 2014 Posted 6 April 2014 Would hate it if there are loads of gaps in the away end. Please, pack them into a tiny corner so the Leicester fans can enjoy their day

I can see it from both sides - as for me I live in Lancashire but my son and I are both season ticket holders but still have to pick my games as it costs me approx £60 in petrol alone - 2 home games in a week makes it a bit expensive however if I lived in the county I would probably attend every home game - I can understand people who don't go to TV games as it is an expensive hobby especially if you're taking the family and I do understand people who do attend most games getting upset if they can't get tickets for big games because of increased demand but that's always been the case - what really is nauseating and annoys the crap out of me is ticket situation for finals at Wembley - The FA seem to think it's ok to allocate tickets to people who support neither club
