GaelicFox Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 the away fans in hospitality issue reared it's ugly head again last night That's 4 games this season I have personally seen home fans in serious aggressive altercations with away fans who are either in boxes or in hospitality Club needs to make a call on this or it could get ugly Last night the police were taking statements after a very ugly racist event I'll also state I did not think the away fans did much wrong last night , seemed to be a convenient reason for some home fans to kick off Personally I have no problem with away fans in hospitality celebrating within reason when there team scores But it is upsetting some home fans around them There are no away colours allowed in hospitality but away fans in hospitality are welcomed by the club (AT £300 a head last night I'm not surprised ) Not sure what the solution is but there was aggressive stand offs now at united , arsenal , Everton and Liverpool games , and last night could have got very very serious , in fact the racist abuse was extremely serious Anyway not sure what can be done other than ban away fans from hospitality or ban celebrating by away fans in hospitality But something probably needs to be done
EnglishOxide Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 Maybe. You know. People should be adults about it and ignore the 15 seconds of cheers from a hospitality box instead of acting like children? Just a thought.
tylesta Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 you cannot ban them from the hospitality areas as away players families and friends sit there. It's other areas of the ground i would be more worried about.

For me they should say they can't celebrate otherwise this will happen every single time. That said racism can never be condoned and its disguising if this happened.
GaelicFox Posted 3 December 2014 Author Posted 3 December 2014 Maybe. You know. People should be adults about it and ignore the 15 seconds of cheers from a hospitality box instead of acting like children? Just a thought. I totally agree with you I was shocked at our home fans behaviour In fact disappointed
GaelicFox Posted 3 December 2014 Author Posted 3 December 2014 I sit right next to this and although I couldn't see what happened I was pretty shocked to hear a loud roar of celebration when they scored. Yes one chap was really loud when Liverpool scored And agree racism is never acceptable I did snigger a little a rather portly woman quite well off and probably more used to royal ascot type came into the restaurant at half time and asked her husband what a " bin picking scouser" was ha ha ha
GaelicFox Posted 3 December 2014 Author Posted 3 December 2014 you cannot ban them from the hospitality areas as away players families and friends sit there. Yes fair point But hospitality now encroaches into the home end more and more now with away hospitality fans often sat right in the middle of season ticket holders

Not stereotyping.
Russell sprout Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 This was discussed in another topic, They were all as bad as each other, but the Asian Liverpool fan spat at the leicester fan,I find that the most discusting thing anyone can do meself
Dr The Singh Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 This was discussed in another topic, They were all as bad as each other, but the Asian Liverpool fan spat at the leicester fan,I find that the most discusting thing anyone can do meself From the indian subcontinent would be more appropriate, my manchurian, burmese and Vietnamese Asian brothers have no resemblance to the guy!!
sylofox Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 Simple really ban any moron that wants to fight be it city fans or away fans.
StanSP Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 Not sure about any other parts of the ground but there were a lot of Liverpool fans sitting where I was last night (high up in C2). Filmed every Liverpool corner and free-kick and set-piece when they attacked the Kop. One of them thought I was a Liverpool fan because I wore red
VLC86 Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 Simple really ban any moron that wants to fight be it city fans or away fans. So if some dirty cnut spits on you are you meant to politely ask a steward to evict the pleb that did it?
Ashley Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 Liverpool fan took a slap in P Block last night and so he should to be honest. Sitting in a home end as an away fan and cheering when you score will always result in one way.
sylofox Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 So if some dirty cnut spits on you are you meant to politely ask a steward to evict the pleb that did it? Sorry I missed that in the OP my comment was about fans wanting to fight cos someone had cheered.
Russell sprout Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 From the indian subcontinent would be more appropriate, my manchurian, burmese and Vietnamese Asian brothers have no resemblance to the guy!! Sorry Dr Singh
Raj Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 What happened with the Liverpool Asian fan and city boys??? Alot of Asians "support" Liverpool and manure. I say support as in they buy the kit and know everything about the clubs but never go the home games!!!
Bayfox Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 I assume as he was asian he will soon be hunted down on melton rd and get a kicking. seen as we are stereo typing.
Raj Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 Nowt wrong with stereotyping...gotta go....my off licence is still open til 2am!!!..

I say support as in they buy the kit and know everything about the clubs but never go the home games!!! To be clear the guys of Indian heritage were LEICESTER fans , some of the indigenous people in the box I have seen on away day trips and were leicester lads , there was ONE Liverpool fan a phil Mitchell looking type with a badly fitting diesel jumper , that Liverpool fan was a twat BUT the leicester fan ( Minty look a like) with a birthmark on his cheek disgraced himself looking for a scrap and then launched into a disgusting racist tirade , the people of Indian heritage were visibly shocked at bring called the nick name of Patrick Bonner ex Republic of Ireland keeper , they were leicester people and their business is a well know local company , yes they had one twat Liverpool fan in THIER box but that was no reason to be racially abused , I saw no exchanging of saliva one way or the other , Minty the leicester fan I suspect will be getting a caution or worse from the plod and hopefully he will be sent on community service to help put up the Diwali lights next year Maybe the club should ensure Box holders are made to remind THIER guests that they should support THIER team but respect the majority of fans bellow them and allow the blue faithful to suffer our humiliation with dignity as our team gets rodgered again

The Blue Moon Posted 3 December 2014 Posted 3 December 2014 There were loads of local Asians in the home end yesterday compared to most games. It's not rocket science why.
