CosbehFox Posted 19 December 2014 Posted 19 December 2014 The Everton game was going to moved for Europa League anyway. 5.30 from 3 is much of a muchness.
billyn88 Posted 19 December 2014 Posted 19 December 2014 On a selfish note, Everton away great news for me, much more likely to get a ticket although might mean the club bottle it and take a smaller allocation.
Dan Posted 19 December 2014 Posted 19 December 2014 Chelsea at home will be moved anyway if they beat Liverpool in the League Cup. Irritating as that's one of the more inoffensive TV games. Everton was already being moved too.

filbertway Posted 19 December 2014 Posted 19 December 2014 How come the games would be moved? Are the Semi's played on a Monday?
Dan Posted 19 December 2014 Posted 19 December 2014 Slightly odd planning - one of those games will have to be moved with Liverpool and Chelsea on telly. I mean because the league cup final is on the weekend we play Chelsea. If they get through to the final then they won't be playing us that day and I'm pretty sure they'll be in it, and win it too to be honest.
Matt Posted 19 December 2014 Posted 19 December 2014 Fantastic another away game that has been moved to **** me over (Everton) although I'm hearing it would have been moved anyway so in a way I suppose it's a good thing that I can wat h it on TV.
ScouseFox Posted 19 December 2014 Posted 19 December 2014 both pretty sound changes as changes go. from 3pm sunday to 2.05pm sunday and a bit more boozing time saturday afternoon, not gonna complain. unless chelsea ends up on a sunday or something then i will complain alright.
filbertway Posted 19 December 2014 Posted 19 December 2014 Oh of course, the last weekend of Feb is cup final weekend isn't it. I've had a mare. In that case, I hope the Scousers win. Sturridge might be back from his ridiculous spell on the sidelines by then.

I meant there's no way those two scheduled TV games will go ahead. Less eagle eyed supporters will now make plans on that basis.

Everton was already being moved too. It could be possible that, if we're both out of the FA Cup, we could play it a week later (7th March) as no Premier League matches are scheduled.
LCFC Rennie Posted 19 December 2014 Posted 19 December 2014 We are lucky Everton got moved to a Sunday and not midweek, would have been a nightmare getting there on a week day.

Highly doubt that'll happen either. With them being in Europe too (though PSG is a banana skin so that could be cut shorter than expected) I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up being as late as April/May.
Dan Posted 19 December 2014 Posted 19 December 2014 I meant there's no way those two scheduled TV games will go ahead. Less eagle eyed supporters will now make plans on that basis. Yeah it's ridiculous really. Everton probably will (though that would be a Sunday anyway) but Chelsea... we're relying on Liverpool to keep that as a weekend and having watched both teams I'd go as far as saying it would be a big upset if Chelsea aren't in that final.
Walshy5 Posted 19 December 2014 Posted 19 December 2014 Even if Chelsea don't get through to the final it's likely to get moved again as tigers are at home that day.
Dan Posted 19 December 2014 Posted 19 December 2014 Can't see them moving when $ky are involved. They take priority over all.
Narborough_fox Posted 19 December 2014 Posted 19 December 2014 Delighted Everton is on the Sunday. Get back from skiing on Saturday so gives me chance to get there.
dayday Posted 19 December 2014 Posted 19 December 2014 Sunday football should be banned ,bloody Sky and BT sport
filbertway Posted 19 December 2014 Posted 19 December 2014 Sunday football should be banned ,bloody Sky and BT sport Nothing beats watching Kammy and Ben Shepherd followed by 2 games on Sky, hungover on a Sunday.
dayday Posted 19 December 2014 Posted 19 December 2014 Nothing beats watching Kammy and Ben Shepherd followed by 2 games on Sky, hungover on a Sunday. Time for a Col poll,Sunday football yes or no
Leicesterpool Posted 19 December 2014 Posted 19 December 2014 I think It's likely the Chelsea game will be moved again, I just think it's unlikely Liverpool will beat Chelsea in the semi final. Everton away being on a sunday is a shame, not so fond of sunday away games can at times be difficult to travel to, so may give that a miss a year.
