I must say I took a certain schadenfreudic delight at watching my adoptive country collapse horribly on penalties against their biggest rivals last time round. It was just like watching England.

1993fox Posted 6 January 2015 Posted 6 January 2015 Iran vs Australia final I reckon Iran are the best at choking themselves in the Asian Cup They consistently have the most physical team in Asia but can't pull team play off like Japan or pre-2007 Saudi Australia v Japan final for me again. South Korea v Iran for 3rd place playoff.

If China lose to those ***** I'll be in tears. I'll even cheer DPRK against them. Iran should definitely make the semis with the sort of the team they have. They have the second strongest squad behind Japan if not the strongest. Still don't think they can rub off that chokers tag though.
