dogadug Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 Shows what a selfish man he is. Gives the new manager no chance to bring new faces in
indierich06 Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 on sky sports news now, said he needed immediate knee surgery so had to resign. Nothing to do with him getting the hump about Fernandes snapping shut the cheque book then? If you see some of Fernandes' tweets from yesterday, he makes it clear that QPR should be doing better with the squad they've got - which they should be.
ROB-THE-BLUE Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 Throwing his toys out the pram because he wasn't given funds to throw at overpriced players!
Jimothy Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 He's stating knee surgery will stop him doing his job properly. How many ****ing knee operations has he had this season? 'Arry makes me laugh. We've all met pathological liars. We've probably dated them, or lived with them, and they told us they've done something when they haven't, lying about the most mundane stuff but they can't help but lie. That's ok when only a couple of people know, you don't look a fool, but Redknapp seems to constantly forget his lies are in front of the world (or at least British) media. He's making himself look a right cock, and not for the first time.
Leicesterpool Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 Nah he's bottled it, but what a worst time to resign a day after the transfer window closes. Never could stand Arry and I think its quite selfish what he's done.
Danizen Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 Although another manager might be tactically better than Redknapp, he will still have to work with a poisonous squad and won't have much time to turn it around. I still make them heavy favourites to go down.
Guest MattP Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 A quick look online confirms that "knee surgery" is actually latin for "knows for a fact it will kill his reputation as his team are relegated in 20th". I predict he ends up on his beloved $ky and that's that. It's just amazing how it gets so bad he can't do his job anymore just five hours after a deadline day where he couldn't sign anyone happens...
Danizen Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 Reminds me of the gutless way Kevin Keegan left Newcastle, England and Man City.
Finnegan Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 What an absolute div. Just doesn't want the relegation on his record. Absolute penis.
Guest Col city fan Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 Shame for us actually. They'll probably bring someone in to actually get them playing. They have some talented players in that squad. I'd say that's bad news for City personally. Redknapp was finished anyway.
Corky Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 The press will have three weeks of mourning now their hero and God has left football, let down by his pathetic, overpaid players who couldn't motivate themselves to perform for this genius.
LanguedocFox Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 I can't see why anyone thinks this is bad for us. The squad of players he has assembled is shi!te, and whoever takes over can't add to them. They will still go down.
Guest ttfn Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 Reminds me of the gutless way Kevin Keegan left Newcastle, England and Man City. This is massively unfair on Keegan, who was forced out of Newcastle the second time (and was proven to have been in court). His departure from the England job was also quite a brave thing to do, admitting he wasn't good enough and leaving enough time for World Cup qualification to be salvaged. Redknapp on the other hand is a total coward who has thrown a wobbly because he hasn't been given another infinite pot of cash by Fernandes.
Nick Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 There were a few on here that heralded him as a genius and national institution. He attracted greatly 'experienced' players and we were informed that QPR would be staying up........

Corky Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 He's rated highly because most of the other English managers are average or shit. He's nothing really special at all.

From a bloke who bet 25 quid on City to beat Utd on Saturday, I'll take that with the pinch of salt it deserves. And the last time I looked, QPR weren't relegated yet. I presume you've bet on that too. Harry is past it. And I say again, it's bad news for us that he's gone. If someone comes in to shake them up, they will probably improve.

That is until you change your mind later on and tell us you were right all along.

That is until you change your mind later on and tell us you were right all along. I never lauded anyone. Another myth. What I said was people were too quick to knock QPR's promotion credentials last season, which was true of course. They went up. This season, they've been generally pants (as I've said many times) and also that Redknapp looks past it. Read the posts and make an opinion of your own about something. That's a start.
ScouseFox Posted 3 February 2015 Posted 3 February 2015 "we at sky understand this won't be the end of harry redknapp's involvement in football"
