weller54 Posted 7 February 2015 Author Posted 7 February 2015 Do you see yourself as some kind of attendance mafia kingpin or something? Every week you're on here claiming people who don't go to as many games as you aren't entitled to an opinion. Absolutely this... Well put my friend!!
weller54 Posted 7 February 2015 Author Posted 7 February 2015 Can discuss further at the Emirates if you want Oh wait forgot you don't actually go to any of the games yet feel qualified enough to make kuntish comments Is Kuntish your middle name?
Claridge Posted 7 February 2015 Posted 7 February 2015 People saying play Nugent .He is absolute crap every game he starts. Sub yes but to start him? Really?
Richmondfox Posted 7 February 2015 Posted 7 February 2015 Ulloa is the only man that can hold the ball up, he's got to start. I'd start Matt Upson if he's match fit. Only because we constantly play hoof ball. Nothing comes from him holding up. Several times today he tried to hold the ball up and win a foul by leaning back into the defender but all that came from it was he would commit a foul or the ball would ping off of his toe. Wasteful. Hopefully we will get more space to knock the ball around and make some runs that don't end up being knocked back to the keeper. I think we will end up with a point from this game.
old leicester Posted 7 February 2015 Posted 7 February 2015 might as well just put the goalposts up at one end . just throw a couple of jackets down at the end we are attacking ,like you used to at school.

johnny the fox Posted 7 February 2015 Posted 7 February 2015 Team. Schwarzer Hamer Delaet Simpson Upson Huth Was Wes Konch Cambiasso Ulloa (lone striker) pity kasper ain't fit ..
Callabinho Posted 7 February 2015 Posted 7 February 2015 It will be like lambs to slaughter, if Wes plays we may as well sit back and let them score.
funkyrobot Posted 7 February 2015 Posted 7 February 2015 Ulloa is the only man that can hold the ball up, he's got to start. I'd start Matt Upson if he's match fit. Ulloa cannot hold the ball up to save his life. Watch a tape of the palace game and you'll see a striker who can't hold the ball up, struggles to control the ball and gets bullied by the opposition centre half.
Soar Fox Posted 7 February 2015 Posted 7 February 2015 Does it matter who we play, we're going to lose either way it's just a question of how many.

Watch a tape of the palace game and you'll see a striker who can't hold the ball up, struggles to control the ball and gets bullied by the opposition centre half. he controls it further than most of our players can pass it!
johnny the fox Posted 7 February 2015 Posted 7 February 2015 Thinking about it.. is there any rule stopping a team playing two goalkeepers in goal? think we could call it a tag team defence..
Bettsj2 Posted 7 February 2015 Posted 7 February 2015 Hamer RDL. Was. Wes. Konch Knocky. James. Drinky. Mahrez Nugent. Vardy Fvck it.
Monsell1976 Posted 7 February 2015 Posted 7 February 2015 Biggest defeat of the season coming up, in my opinion.
Devonfox1884 Posted 7 February 2015 Posted 7 February 2015 Schwarzer De Laet-----Huth (if fit)-----Was-----Schlupp Hammond----James Mahrez----- Nuge-- - -- Albrighton Kramaric This 100%. We need something from this game which is going to be tough...

Indeed, seems to need 3 touches just to get the ball under control. People saying play Nugent .He is absolute crap every game he starts. Sub yes but to start him? Really? We've had two transfer windows and haven't brought in a better player for his position, same with Konchesky, braindead decisions like these will see us go down.
funkyrobot Posted 7 February 2015 Posted 7 February 2015 Schwarzer De Laet Was Huth Konchesky Mahrez Cambiasso Hammond James Schlupp Kramaric
The Doctor Posted 7 February 2015 Posted 7 February 2015 Schwarzer RDL Huth Wasyl Schlupp Albrighton James Cambiasso Mahrez Nugent Kramaric Needed optimism.. 1 - 1 RDL + Schlupp because we'll need a lot of pace going back and forward on the counter, especially if Sanchez is back. I'd find it hard to argue with this - might go Hammond in for Nugent and stick Cambiasso in the centre of the 3 in a 4-2-3-1, I think freeing him up from defensive duties and getting his vision up in front of their defence would have potential, but that line-up would be about right.
orangecity23 Posted 7 February 2015 Posted 7 February 2015 If If we can keep our heads and clear crosses When crosses are raining in on us, If we can trust ourselves on the ball, even when we are being closed down; If we can wait and play a smart one-two, instead of hoofing it out of play,If we make mistakes, don’t give way to hating, save the hating, for Dennis Wise:If we can dream—and not make dreams our master; If we can lift our heads, and shoot and aim; If Wes can avoid an own goal Disaster And we impose ourselves and play our own game; If we can control the midfield and break with pace And in the box we keep our cool,If we tackle fairly, and close down quick, And always stay within the rules:If we give our all to come out winning And risk it on one Albrighton cross,If we play with passion and honest effort Even if the TV pundits don't give a toss;If Was can smash through opposition legs and sinew If Krama can turn and spot Mahrez's run, If we hold on to the ball when nothing's on around you If we defend stoutly and scream ‘Man on!’If we can cheer in the crowd and keep shouting, And not boo King—even if he makes a bad touch,If neither Welbeck, or Sanchez or Ozil or Giroud can hurt us, If we put power on shots, but not too much;If you can fill the unforgiving minute With sixty seconds’ of a Vardy run, If we can score 10 goals, and concede none ....We'll lose 11-10, after 11 handball penalties in stoppage time, because Mike Jones is a cnut.
Torten Posted 7 February 2015 Posted 7 February 2015 3 in midfield is a must for me. Lone striker being Ulloa? Kram? Nugent? Hammond and Cambiasso defensive and James a bit further forward. I'm not sure if Huth will start. EDIT: Just realised Mike Jones is reffing it. Formation shouldn't matter then when the ref views every part of the human anatomy as a hand

ADK Posted 7 February 2015 Posted 7 February 2015 If we are going to use Huth then now wouldn't be a bad time considering the expectation is to lose. If Huth plays well then great, if not then Wes gets a rest and we probably would have lost anyway. If we play 4-4-2 (4-4-1-1 if you like) then I think Nugent has to play. Otherwise we'll have another Man U where we simply don't get the ball forward. If Nige wants to gamble with alternate tactics such as 3-5-2, then this is possibly the game to do that. Schwarzer Simpson Was Huth RDL Albrighton James Hammond Knockeart Nugent Kramaric
