SystonFox Posted 13 February 2015 Posted 13 February 2015 Well.... Just lately there have been a lot of "memories" threads in the LCFC section of the forum. So let's hear some of your best memories of what you have had in your life. Or your worst if you so desire. An odd memory for me is when I was 3 years old at play group I ate a blue toilet cake from the urinal. Ended up in LRI to have my stomach pumped. Surprisingly not as tasty as they look.
Stadt Posted 13 February 2015 Posted 13 February 2015 When I was around 8 I used to have a childminder and I was at the Methodist church for some reason I can't remember and this kid wanted to hide from someone, I told him to go outside via a fire door, cue massive evacuation because the fire alarms going off, I don't even think I apologised. I'm not sure why this has stuck with me but it always has.
Mike Oxlong Posted 13 February 2015 Posted 13 February 2015 Pooed my pants on the coach back from Skeggy. It had dried by the time I got home.
Carl the Llama Posted 13 February 2015 Posted 13 February 2015 My favourite memory is the first thing I remember: Flashing colours in concentric circles and then waking up in bed and going downstairs for breakfast and having a bowl of cereal from a plastic kiddy bowl. Â I vividly remember knowing my family and surroundings, but at the same time feeling that it was all new to me - serious deja vu the entire time. Â It still trips me out just thinking about it, as though I was somebody else before but I've had my memory wiped and been placed into the body of a child... Â Who does that to a guy?
Vlad the Fox Posted 14 February 2015 Posted 14 February 2015 I can remember once being in the ladies changing rooms at swimming, standing staring at all the naked ladies, all of a sudden the world was a different place. I also remember it was the last time my mum took me into the changing rooms with her. If only I'd been a bit more subtle I could still be getting away with it now.
bovril Posted 14 February 2015 Posted 14 February 2015 Scariest things are those I don't remember. One evening in Amsterdam, November 2005. Went into a bar at about 10pm and woke up 24 hours later on my sister's sofa in Hathern without any recollection of anything in between.

Was this when you were 24, just before being arrested?
Unabomber Posted 14 February 2015 Posted 14 February 2015 I was on holiday in some hot poverty nation such as Greece I think, when I was a kid I dunno how old though 10/11? Me and brother made friends with two kids who were not friends with each other. One was an absolute badass he was prob a bit older, bigger etc, the other was a little nerdy worm like kid who more than likely had glasses. Â One day we were at the beach at they had a small pool on it (like really tiny) we were all in it. Something happened and I don't know what but basically the big kid was mad at worm boy and decided to hold his head under the water. I remember thinking "ok this isn't funny but it's not that bad he is just being kinda mean" anyway he didn't let him back up for what seemed like too long. I can't remember if I said anything and I can't remember what happened next apart from feeling really sick. Maybe he let him go, maybe parents intervened. But at that moment I realised for the first time that there are people who are genuinely evil. Â Anyway turns out the other year I read an article in the Luton Gazelle that the badass kid is in jail for charges unknown. The little kid? He works for NASA. Â Last bit is a lie.

Vlad the Fox Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Was this when you were 24, just before being arrested? Nope, too clever for that, me. I get some funny sideways glances however. **** em though, islamaphobic bastards, just because I'm in a burqa doesn't mean I'm any different to them. Well I am, but, they don't know that. Racists.
Soup Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 I have great memories of skateboarding at Leicester Crown Court at weekends in the mid 80's.Sometimes maybe a hundred people there on the beautiful red brick banks, you couldn't design a better skate park if you tried.Until the bastards ripped it all apart just to stop us using it. There's still bits left as you walk through and just seeing the red brick takes me back.Good times, really good times.
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 18 February 2015 Posted 18 February 2015 Being bulled at a Barnado's home, probably because I was short and weedy, For months I put up with being a punch bag, and then one day I flipped, and fought back hard. My constant aggressor ran off crying, probably from shock, and from that day to this have always stood my ground, in life generally. Â That's probably why I can get very abrasive at times.
MikeyT Posted 18 February 2015 Posted 18 February 2015 I remember my first day of school when I was 4 in 1984. I remember needing the toilet really bad and not daring to ask the teacher if I could go, so i pissed all over the floor. Was a great start to school life.Â
cambridgefox Posted 19 February 2015 Posted 19 February 2015 Think I was one of those kids that always got in scrapes. Two on the same day then. Went somewhere with my nan and grandad in their caravan, some kid was being a right pain in the arse to everyone chasing people round this old skanky pool( not in Greece) foot deep of sludge ,branches not used.Kept pinning kids down and hitting them,so I chased him and just as he was in reach just flipped his ankles and in he went.job done.Everyone thought I was god and stuck up for me saying he slipped. That afternoon I went on an adventure.Rabbit hunting, which involved going head first down the hole.Got my hips through and I was stuck.Got dug out with a right crowd gathered. My nan washed me down with dettol whilst standing in a bucket in My pants.
